Not very friendly staff, ordered a latte and water. Got charged for water in a cup and the latte was atrocious. I left them and walked out. Wasn’t going to wait in line to say anything. Horrible service, bad drinks and questionable sanitation.

I got the mango cegan refresher drink and it was the best caffeinated refresher I have ever had. It tasted like mango puree and sparkling water combined. No other coffee shop compares to what I drink there. My wife got a chai latte and said it was better than Starbucks. So, a better option than Starbucks if you're in the area.

A very modern take out type of coffee shop adding more value to Nordstrom. It is a mixture of fancy and fast with nice and happy staffs. We orders teas because of the cold weather outside and it was deli freaking licous! ?

Very crowded bar in downtown with a Starbucks-style service model of which it also imitates the frequent errors in orders (hot milk that becomes cold milk, croissants requested with a photo to avoid errors but still wrong on delivery). For the rest, a good place. The bar has no toilet.

If you love coffee, especially Chi Lattes, then this place is definitely worth going to! They allow you to bring your own cup and they will give a discount. The staff remember you when you come in. Occasionally, they do mess up, but they worked with me on the one time they did. I would give this place even more stars if I could.
