This restaurant is very good for salads, soups and sandwiches...and, they make a decent bar drink too.
It's weird that it's in the basement of a department store but other than that, it was very good. They did close early.
Food was amazing and the service exceptional! Enjoyed the artichoke dip so much, we ordered a second helping 🙂
Good solid food choices, good pricing. Fries tended to be not too hot tho today...soup, burrata tomatoe app. was great!
The perfect downtown lunch break! I had soup and salad. The chicken sandwich and french dip are amazing. Great service amd delicious!
Accommodation for us for our business luncheon went smoothly. We reserved in advance. Questions and alterations to our reservations were answered and adjusted in a timely manor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise does echo in this location. It can be hard to hear your companions. The food was great though.
Wonderful experience. The food was outstanding. Fish and beef dishes cooked to perfection. Cindy, our waitperson was amazing. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and a true role model of world-class customer service. Taylor greeted us warmly and pleasantly. These two individuals truly exude world-class customer service and the high standards established for Nordstrom's Grill. A most pleasant and memorable dining experience. Job well done.
One of the best dinners l've had anywhere. Went pre-theatre at 5 pm and it was almost empty so we had excellent service from Phil. Everything was incredible, delicious, and attractively presented, from the Berry Ginger Smash to the Turkey White Bean Chili to the Alderwood Wild Salmon Cobb Salad to the White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Raspberries. Outstanding!
delicious food and gracious service! the signature salads are a favorite, and a good deal. ask for olive oil and balsamic to go with the bread.
Have always been impressed with Nordström quality in general:-). Nice atmosphere & very convenient location in the store . Service was a bit off, understandable that lunch time came be hectic to give excellent attention to details of a tables order; Zjudt needed a bit quicker checking back that things were fine early on after food is served. Appreciate the finishing touch of the stick of mint chocolate given with the bill:-)

The food there is surprisingly delicious. We got a salad, soup and a special and everyone loved their meal. We will go back.
Favorite neighborhood go to for lunch. Consistently great service, quality of food. Never disappoints. Highly recommend.
Worst Benedict I have EVER had in decades. Instead of an English muffin they use a super thick BONE-dry piece of unseasoned toast but only maybe 2 teaspoons of Hollandaise per egg. It was genuinely unpleasant to eat, and the "salad" was pure arugula, a leaf that needs to be part of a medley. The potatoes were fine, but uninspired. I was incredibly disappointed - worst meal ever at a Nordstrom grill after growing up going to them downtown with my Mom.
It's nice to have the choice of Sunday brunch or lunch. I had the eggs Benedict. My friends had the crab&shrimp Louie. It's nice the shrimp is not deep fried. The Cobb salad with Chicken was good. For dessert, we shared crème brûlée's. Delish. Our server Mark was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
Had salmon salad, crab bisque and bread pudding for dessert. All were excellent. The service was great, our server was always there when we needed something but not overbearing. My only complaint was the music was a little too loud with a strong beat which made conversation difficult and detracted from the ambiance.
