I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school. It was always our favorite teriyaki spot in Seattle because the family that first opened it was so friendly, and the food was always delicious.

I’ve seen it change ownership probably 3 times. The quality has gone up and down. Overall, it’s probably not as good as it used to be, but it’s still one of the better Seattle teriyaki shops.

Giving it a high rating in hopes that it remains in operation, and to hopefully motivate the owners to keep up the good work!

This place serves amazing food! I have tried chicken, pork and beef teriyaki, yakisoba, chicken katsu… everything has been delicious! I always call to order my food, and it’s ready so fast. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are great! This is my go-to teriyaki place.

This is my go-to teriyaki spot. The tofu teriyaki is pretty plain but really tasty with giant chunks of tofu.

Arriving for lunch, I wanted to go to the bathroom first. I was refused, they said that first of all I had to make an order. Standing with dirty hands I was angry at the staff, saying that this is only for customers, although I was a customer. First of all, I think there should be humanity. I think the work of the staff is disrespectful towards the client.

This place cannot decide if it is Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. It offers dishes from all three cultures. Yet the name of the establishment is a composite Japanese & Italian name, Nori = Dried Seaweed and Presto is Italian for quickly or lively. I ordered the Kenji Lopez-Alt standard take out Teriyaki staple of Chicken Teriyaki and Gyoza. It came out so quickly that the chicken had obviously been pre-cooked, and it definitely tasted so. Not very good Teriyaki. The Gyoza was actually pretty dern good. Nice and crunchy Gyoza. I shall not be returning to Nori Presto. 😕

Parking: About 8 parking spots for 5 strip mall business.

If you like teriyaki, this is great!

I've never really been a fan of teriyaki historically just as a matter of preference, but I've also never sought it out where it is known to be excellent, such as in Seattle.
I can say this is the highest quality teriyaki I have had thus far and was well worth it, although it's still not shifting my general preference.

I'll have to have some in Japan, LA, and Hawaii before I rest my final judgment on teriyaki as a whole.

My favorite teriyaki place, been going here almost exclusively since it opened a decade ago. Good quality meats in the teriyaki, sushi is good, really everything is good. Only the katsu is sometimes slightly overcooked.

Our family dined in at this restaurant and we were greeted with great customer service and the food was prepared promptly and was flavorful and delicious! The portion size was great and the food tasted fresh and was super yummy! ? Our family each tried a different dish and everyone was happy with what they chose!
