Succulent specialities served! I enjoyed a hearty Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. The Thousand Year Egg was mind expanding and the ultimate umami. Mushroom soup was sour and sensational!

?FOOD?: 8/10
Quality: This is a very nice Chinese Noodle place! We ordered a fried rice, and lamb with scallion! The food quality was better than I expected! They are not super oily and salty, I really like the fried nice, it has a nice satay touch. The lamb is very flavorful, and it does not taste overwhelming! We all loved them!

Appearance: They look great! They look appetizing and I loved the colors combination LOL

Portion size: Very generous portion, my friend cannot even finish her fried rice and I have to finish it for her! And 4 of us shared 3 main dishes and we were all full.

??‍ Service??‍: 7/10
Friendliness: The lady that served us is very nice and friendly! She is very kind and attentive! I love her!

Timeliness: Food arrived quite fast, we did not wait for too long and it came to us in nice and warm temperature.

Environment: Very clean and nice, Very old-fashioned Chinese noodle spot that looks almost the same as China. This is a very small restaurant and I think it is cute to dine in here!

Location: Great location! Right on the ave and they do not have a big sign so it might be a bit hard to know where they are. But it is obvious if you look closely!

Food USED to be so so good, honestly the best Chinese in the city. But the last few times I’ve had it, the taste has gone down DRASTICALLY. Sad to say but I won’t be eating here again.

The food was actually really good. Very tasty and they were fast. The service was meh, but sometimes that's how you know that the food will be good ? My biggest issue was how dirty the place was. The floor was sticky, the bottle of black vinegar had crud on it, there was food on the paper towel roll in the bathroom. A little soap and water would raise the rating significantly.

I ordered the tan tan noodles. I found them quite lacking - there was very little pork, and the flavor wasn't aromatic or spicy, but just rather salty. The sides of sesame balls and cream cheese wontons were fairly standard & crispy. The sweet tea was far too sweet, which is a shame because the underlying tea flavor was good! Maybe cut the sugar by ~30%.

Otherwise, the service was attentive & fast and the restaurant was relatively lively.

Great hole in the wall spot to find delicious buns, dumplings and noodles. Service is hands off (which I enjoyed) as you just sit at your table and order food via QR. Food always comes out quickly and well made. Interior is basic but that's because the food is the focus here. I recommend the pork buns

I came here for Xiao Long Bao. Have ordered both the Pork, and "Crab and Pork" Xiao Long Bao.
In terms of taste, there are something to be work on, taste good but supposed to be more flavourful, for example, the taste of "Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao" can easily be covered with a Pork one, I would expect the taste supposed to be richer since it have seafood ingredients, sadly it is not the case. Overall, being $8.95 for 6p, they do taste good and worth the price.
My mind were expecting to be more an Excitement and taste Better as the Name of the Restaurant is implying to be serving East Northern Province Cusine, for me there just more work need to do to upkeep with the name.
Maybe, serving the some thin sliced ginger with the vinegar too! And maybe a spoon? It is more tradition to eat Xiao Long Bao with a spoon instead of just chopsticks, where you put the Xiao Long Bao in the spoon, make a tiny opening, drink the soup, then dip or pour some sauce and enjoy!

I will return and try more food, and there still a myth on the menu, why there is Taiwanese Style Beef Noodle Soup ? in a East Northern Province Food Menu?

Went yesterday with my family for lunch. We ordered the cold noodles, Dan Dan noodles, soup dumplings, wonton noodle soup, fried vegetables noodles, kung pao chicken, and gyoza. The service was okay and the food arrived pretty quickly. Portion sizes were good, but the food was quite salty. We also did get a dish served and added to our bill that we did not order. This was taken off after we identified the issue to our server. There was also a strange smell when we entered the restaurant. They also do not accept cash at this establishment!!

Refused service 40 minutes before close and 10 minutes before last call. When I pointed out it wasn’t last call it did nothing.

Bok choy and chili oil dumplings were very tasty. Menu is a little inaccessible, mostly in Chinese. Almost everything came out fast except for fried rice, for some reason that took the longest. Feels like a hole in the wall, not too impressive interior but the food was good enough.
