The moment I opened the soy milk, I was greeted by a fresh, natural aroma—the owner said they use only real, unprocessed ingredients. It’s heartening to see a traditional store still upholding such genuine quality and care.
Probably the best quality of tofu related products in Seattle area. However, the service is not a service. They close the front door and restaurant. So customers have to go to their back door to buy . It usually has loud machine sound when customers buy in front of a table blocked back door. You have to talk louder to buy. Everything needs to be 1 lb minimum, no half pound or odd quantity which they need to reassemble. There is no an additional bag for all greasy bags together...
