Directions should let you know that it’s inside an LA Fitness, and the front desk staff wouldn’t let me in to buy a smoothie. Directions on the app are very misleading.

Stopped by to pick up a friend and decided to get a smoothie. Got to talk to the owner for a few minutes while waiting and he was super friendly. I saw that you can customize the smoothies too and he was very knowledgable in the type of supplements and products you can add and gave some recommendations. If you like peanut butter, try the peanut butter banana smoothie with collagen and protein, it was delicious!

I usually have a great experience ordering smoothies from here however today I was really unhappy with the service provided. I ordered a berrylicious smoothie that tasted like chemicals, asked for it to be remade, when the person working tried it with me the second time it was made, they agreed that even the remade smoothie tasted like chemicals. When I requested a refund or a different smoothie to replace that one I was told they could not make this happen as they had already remade it once and would now have to charge me for a new smoothie. TLDR: I got charged for a smoothie that tasted awful and was denied a refund or exchange??♀️

It's decent when they're open, but make sure to show up at least a half hour before close. The ice machine magically "breaks" 20 minutes before close sometimes, tonight was one of such nights.

I love the berrylious smoothy and the staff is top notch and very friendly. I bought the pre-order of $50 and got a free smoothy every time you add into your account. I would recommend this to my friends. You don't need a membership you can tell the front desk that you want a smoothy only and your in. Very fast service!
