Entire bakery is GF!! Very delicious and was so nice to be able to order whatever I wanted. Tasted like normal desserts. I got carrot cake, bar and donut but their are plenty more to choose from! I would for sure come back to try other menu items if im in the area again:)
Their chocolate pistachio cake was so expensive and so so bad! The other things we got a brownie and a muffin were okay
Tried their eclair and it was really good!
Ordered a cake for my friend’s birthday. It was ok. The cake was gluten free cake. There was nothing exceptional about it. I asked to have Happy Birthday written on the cake and nothing was written on the cake. The website wasn’t the easiest to navigate in terms of options to pick up the cake. It was very hard to get in contact with them. I ended up constantly calling all the locations until someone picked up to change my pick up location which was automatically picked for me. I was very annoyed when I went to two locations and both were completely empty but no one was answering the phone or responding to emails. It’s a nice option if you need a gluten free cake for a special occasion, but if I wasn’t coming from out of town, I have to say that I could have made better using gluten free boxed cake mix and making a vegan icing.
The ladies at the counter were nice enough but one was new and wasn’t able to answer any questions the next location was not fully gluten free but they only held the NuFlour products in a glass case and the person working was unable to answer any questions about serving the cake.
After being purchased this place is on a nose dive. And the quality is awful with additional price hikes. Sad to see my favorite bakery be reduced to rubble.
After the acquisition of the business to the new owner, things have continued to slide downhill. This place used to be my favorite however the new owner also does not have celiac and is not aware of the quality required to run this bakery correctly. They've been continually chopping the quality of ingredients and no longer use purity protocol oats as I've gotten sick several times now from them. Additionally, they have an Okay rating in terms of health and food safety after having some incidents.
The selection was pretty small. Donuts were dry and hard. Muffins were good.
A great gluten free bakery.

The food is decent and sometimes the espresso machine is down but it’s local and usually has a nice atmosphere and the employees are always sweet. I feel bad for them because I’ve seen the gluten free crowd be pretty fussy but I still enjoy going here for snacks and to read.

Drove over 45 minutes to get here because they are entirely gluten free. Just wanted a coffee and some snacks. The girl working was sitting on her phone when I came in and when I asked for coffee she said we're not making coffee today. Then I asked if they have any other drinks and she said no drinks today. The espresso machine was right behind her. She was extremely rude and disrespectful she chose not to make coffee JUST BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO. Customer service is a 0. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. NEVER going back again. You should really look into re-hiring new employees. Girl was working on January 12 between 1-5pm.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. While it’s nice that everything sold in the store is gluten free, the out of service restroom (apparently due to a broken sink), the “okay” rating from the health department and lackluster customer service, it’s probably not a place we’ll be back to visit again.

This place used to be pretty good! But now it’s $10 for a small slice of underwhelming quiche. Wack
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, as I am not someone who enjoys complaining or writing one star reviews. However, sometimes things need to be said. First off my partner and I have been going to nuflours about once a week for the past half year since we found you to stock up on gluten-free bread, sweets, and savory pastries. We have also ordered for pick up a couple times and in general have always had a great experiences… up until Thanksgiving. For our gathering we were asked to bring a sweet pie. Being that my partner is gluten allergic we immediately thought to order from you. Our receipt shows that the pick up date was Thanksgiving day. I’m not sure why your system allowed this in the first place if you were going to be closed. Either way a refund should’ve been issued or we should’ve been called to reschedule for a different day as soon as the error was caught. Neither of these things happened and when the day arrived we came early that afternoon to find lights out and doors locked. Last minute plans had to be made to obtain new desserts to satisfy everyone’s dietary needs for the holiday party but in my mind I knew that we would be issued a refund being that this was not our fault. However, you coldly informed us no refund will be issued when my partner emailed asking for one being that we have no use for a $60 whole pie now that the holiday is over. We are a household of two. And tbh that was on y’all for allowing Thanksgiving day as a pick up date in the first place. You claim that you informed us but we have zero paper trail of that and neither of us recall anyone trying to reach out prior to that pick up date to inform us you would be closed that day. What upsets me most about this is that there was no trying to work with us in this situation. No, “we’re so sorry for the inconvenience that must’ve been very stressful. we understand you have no use for the pie now. Here’s your refund.” or even “unfortunately i’m so sorry but we don’t do refunds however would store credit for the $60 work?” I mean a genuine apology alone would’ve been nice. Not only did we not have the thing that we needed to bring for Thanksgiving and even purchased separately vanilla ice cream to put on top but this also landed us in the situation to waste time finding a replacement somewhere else on an already chaotic holiday where most businesses are closed. I’m not sure if you even care being that you haven’t responded to the last email but you have lost us as customers. Unless owners or management reach back out to us and make this right. I manage a restaurant in the area and have worked in customer service for decades. It’s rare that I ever complain because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I read the email and this is not how this should’ve been handled. Your response seemed heartless at best. This is the time of year where we do get stressed out but unfortunately in the service industry or any job that you’re dealing with people you should always lead with kindness, empathy, and a simple “I’m sorry” when any type of conflict arises. Phrase that somehow was lacking in your response email. Hoping you reach back out. Visiting your shop became part of my weekly routine that I will miss. But I can’t justify supporting you as a patron any further if I know this is how you run your business.

This Gluten free bakery did not disappoint. Had the hand pressed meat pie, a brownie, zucchini/cardamom muffin - everything was delectable. The woman working was kind and helpful. Atmosphere was very Seattle-esque.
Got some garlic parmesan bread to take home even. So many choices!!
Vegetarian options: They had two types of handpressed pies, one meat and one veggie.
Dietary restrictions: Enriching is Gluten Free!

Not sure why the county “clean” rating is “okay”, I’d feel better with an excellent rating.
But the big disappointment was walking in and my son and I just waiting right by the register and the young lady working the shift was texting for 2 minutes before coming over to take out order. Cmon… put the phone down, at least finish the text when I leave.
I love having a gluten free option but they need to step their game up before we return.
