Great experience. The chicken was great and came out fast. The ramen looked good and tasted even better.

This ramen stop was buss down thotiana. The veggie potstickers were mid, but a good sized starter
The Nuna ramen was fantastic and they were very accommodating in switching pork/tofu.
Would recommend!

Nuna Ramen was excellent. We popped in toward the end of the night and were seated immediately. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with an extra egg—super yummy. The dish came out within minutes. Hot, abundant, and exactly what the doctor ordered.
Dinner for two was about $50 after tax and tip. I’d definitely go back.

This is more of a fusion restaurant - the ramen served is superficially similar to Japanese ramen, but all of the ingredients are different in one way or another. The chashu is not slow cooked, the menma isn’t fermented, and the spicy miso tonkatsu tastes like they dumped in sriracha.

Nuna Ramen in Seattle serves flavorful, well-balanced ramen with rich broth, great noodles, and tender pork. The cozy, modern atmosphere makes it a comfortable place to eat, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Portions are satisfying and prices are fair for the quality. Seating can feel a bit tight during peak hours, but overall it’s a reliable and enjoyable spot for good ramen.

Ramen is too salty for my taste. We paid $50 plus tip for 2 bowls of ramen and a small plate of edamame. And it is for lunch.
Underwhelming food matched with high price.
Service was good. Not many people were in, so it was quiet.

Is the food tasty? Yes! Is it highly overpriced.... YES!!! Idk if its new ownership or what, but the ramen used to be $13 ish.. now it's $26 before tip. Ugh, no thank you. This place used to be my favorite spot for ramen. Over the years... its just... not the same.

Learn how to cook Japanese cuisine before running a restaurant. What an insult to Japanese cuisine. The only difference between the top ramen off the gas station shelf and ramen from here was, this one had raw broccoli. So over priced and under delivered. Waste of money and time coming here.

A pretty good ramen place with decent hours, fairly accessible in Fremont. Their ramen does tend to seem a bit too rich, even their chicken one. Good portion of chasu though, a nice thick slice of it as opposed to some places with a thin little piece. Noodles have a good chew, but nothing outstanding.
Pricing is about what you would expect, $16-18 for a bowl of ramen. Parking is kinda rough, street parking is rare, so you have to suck it up and just go to the paid parking lot a block down the road.
