Place was okay. I was very unimpressed by the ratio of noodles to meat. We got the stewed beef rib noodle soup and the meat on the bone was 80% fat and only 20% actual meat. I also get annoyed at places that ask for tip when I’m the one who rings myself up and I have to go up to a counter to grab my food.

I don’t get why this place has such low reviews. The broth is tasty, the noodles are freshly made. Highly recommend!

The beef noodles in clear soup were ok. The pickles are only salty and not fresh enough.

The hand pulled noodles are really good, the soup and flavors are super tasty. The price is about as cheap as possible in Seattle but the portions are great! I’ve had the original and the beef rib soups both were delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy but not stuffy. I like how there’s spoons/napkins in the tables.

Got classic noodle for take out. It’s a lot of noodles! I enjoyed the angel air thickness. The soup is tasty too but didn’t get enough in the take out box.

I did the take out for the 2 people combo. The cold dishes and the meat in the bread were all amazingly good. The noodle soup was very authentic, the noodles were a bit too much, I think key is this noodle is best to eat in house rather than take out. The restaurant was very considerate and the take out boxes were extremely well designed.

Step into this noodle sauna for fantastic Chinese food! The stinky tofu was a cold moist delight. The pickled cabbage has a tantalizing funk! The rose zongzi was a sticky sweet treat.

I got the beef bone spicy noodles soup. It was just ok, was not impressed. The rib was mostly fat and nothing special. Not sure i will be back.

Delicious nb, love to eat more, good news for children, and will give you White Rabbit toffee. The only drawback I think is that they are disposable wooden chopsticks, but maybe it is not a drawback? I’ll try the cold dishes next time

Best noodles! Huge portions, but each bite is so flavorful! The original beef soup has great stock, and the beef portion is large. The braised pork noodles are also so delicious, with just the right amount of oiliness. You can choose your noodle type, and, so far, each type seems great. The staff are friendly, service is fast, and their chili oil is so yummy! Seriously a gem of a noodle place.

It is a soup noodle that also has beef, but it has nothing to do with beef ramen. If this noodle was opened in Beijing, it would probably have to be filled with pickled radish and braised eggs for a month. At least it would taste normal. This restaurant adds weird seasonings to make it taste unpalatable, and the soy milk is also diluted. Ten times that kind
