Noodle salty, beef was fatty, had a bad time afterwards, probably due to the cold dish a plate of beef, basically diarrhea, both at night and the next day, at least fix the hygiene/food quality issue, thanks

Okay, Nuodle…you’re pretty tasty! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. These dishes had a lot of flavor!!! And seemed authentic. You can choose your own noodles if you order a soup and they have several different options to choose from. You order from a kiosk then sit down and wait for your number to be called. We didn’t wait long and food comes out pretty quickly. You pick it up at the counter then you bus your own table. Utensils and napkins are in a hidden drawer at the end of the table. I wish there were signs telling us that! I also wish they had actual soup spoons. Instead they have flimsy, plastic spoons. Overall, though, pretty good flavor and big portions!

Very tasty hidden gem on the ave! I highly recommend the braised pork and rice, along with ordering a side of pickled greens. All the staff were very kind and helpful, I will definitely be back!

I used to be a loyal customer — in the past 6 months, I have ordered from this location 14 times, including both dine-in orders placed in-store and delivery orders to my home. I have never once ordered through a delivery app for pickup and then dined in. The most recent order before this incident was three weeks ago, placed in-store for dine-in.
On my recent visit, when the store was almost empty, I politely asked if I could place an order through a delivery app for pickup and then eat it in the store (mainly to use the app’s promotion). The staff firmly refused, which I understand could be store policy, but the attitude was unfriendly.
What was more disappointing was the staff saying, “Wasn’t it you last time?” — which made me feel accused of trying to take advantage, even though my order history clearly shows I have always been a normal, paying customer.
This experience was upsetting enough that I’ve decided not to return. I hope the store can maintain its policies while treating customers with more respect in communication.

Finally found a legit Lanzhou beef noodle soup in Seattle!! You can tailor the thickness / thinness of the noodles to your liking. They come in huge portions (not just the noodles but also the beef slices). We couldn’t finish the noodles.

Me and my best guy friend came here yesterday, May ninth and we ordered, we absolutely love the atmosphere when we first entered we enjoyed everything it was very fulfilling. The noodles were delicious. The beef that we had were delicious as well. Everything that we ordered was very tasty. Very savory very flavorful. The broth was very warm and very satisfying we absolutely loved it.

This was a fantastic place to eat, I fully enjoyed my meal today. The soup and rob were delicious, the noodles were perfect. I would highly suggest trying this out if you are looking for a wonderful bowl of noodles.
