Finally found a legit Lanzhou beef noodle soup in Seattle!! You can tailor the thickness / thinness of the noodles to your liking. They come in huge portions (not just the noodles but also the beef slices). We couldn’t finish the noodles.

Me and my best guy friend came here yesterday, May ninth and we ordered, we absolutely love the atmosphere when we first entered we enjoyed everything it was very fulfilling. The noodles were delicious. The beef that we had were delicious as well. Everything that we ordered was very tasty. Very savory very flavorful. The broth was very warm and very satisfying we absolutely loved it.

Amazing hand pulled noodles and beef soup that tastes good and very similar to the actual LanZhouNiuRouLaMian places in China that I used to frequent. I wish the prices were a little lower so that I could more frequently eat at this place. Overall an amazing restaurant in my opinion, and a nice and simple ordering system.

Place was okay. I was very unimpressed by the ratio of noodles to meat. We got the stewed beef rib noodle soup and the meat on the bone was 80% fat and only 20% actual meat. I also get annoyed at places that ask for tip when I’m the one who rings myself up and I have to go up to a counter to grab my food.
I don’t get why this place has such low reviews. The broth is tasty, the noodles are freshly made. Highly recommend!

The hand pulled noodles are really good, the soup and flavors are super tasty. The price is about as cheap as possible in Seattle but the portions are great! I’ve had the original and the beef rib soups both were delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy but not stuffy. I like how there’s spoons/napkins in the tables.
Got classic noodle for take out. It’s a lot of noodles! I enjoyed the angel air thickness. The soup is tasty too but didn’t get enough in the take out box.
