Too many beers on tap and not enough turnover. My partner selected a beer from the staff picks board and it was undrinkable because it had turned. I asked for wine on tap, both of which were malfunctioning, settled for the red from a bottle, but my glass smelled and tasted like beer. The sandwich I ordered was tasteless and the hot water in the restroom was scalding, with no sign warning customers of impending injury. We abandoned our drinks and food after a few sips/bites.

This is the quintessential Seattle brewery. The theme of the brewery is around climbing with all sorts of mountaineering equipment hanging from the walls and cool plants on each table. The beer selection is adventurous with some unusual brews on tap such as a strawberry lemonade ale or bourbon barrel aged brews which is refreshing if you want to experience something different. They also offer standard IPA's and pale ales which were tasty. The service was great as was the food, which included pizza from Slicebox; an awesome pizza place. The pretzels are also huge and pair nicely with the pizza and beer. Parking may be a bit challenging during busy times, but we parked right in front on a Saturday night. Perhaps luck was on our side that night?

Dog and kid friendly with big tables and some outdoor seating (albeit a little loud with Rainier traffic). Bomb beers, some food but you can bring any in with you, and poke is across the street. Wonderful.

Good food, beer, and live music! Oh, and dogs are allowed inside! Plenty of parking as they have a parking lot and street parking. The brewery is small and cozy, but I love it!
