Love that this place is right across the street from our preferred movie theater. We only had twenty minutes to go before our movie start time and needed dinner; this deli was absolutely perfect. Sandwich was perfectly toasted and delicious. And their selection of snacks and beverages was awesome! Wish there were more bodegas like this throughout Seattle.

Grabbed a sandwich, chips, and chocolate chip cookie twice for lunch from this great eatery! The staff were very nice and the food was delicious. Lots of options for toppings and everything was fresh. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff. I work nearby so come here often for a quick snack or sandwich. The cashiers will always be open for some light chit chat about how work is going, how busy it is, etc. Solid selection of snacks and drinks and good location with a lot of stuff to do nearby.

Recently found this place right across from the movie theater, great place for lunch before enjoying the newest release.
From the time I walked in, I felt welcome and valued as a customer. The staff always had smiles on their faces and were patient with my order. Along with extraordinary customer service, they also have great prices and drink selection.
That experience was absolutely awful. I was just here. The service was beyond disrespectful. The guy was rude as hell, completely rushed, and there was no reason for it—there were no customers, no line, just me. He didn’t even take the time to answer my questions or explain anything. I specifically asked him to toast my sandwich without the veggies, and he barely acknowledged me. When it came time to add the pickles, he completely ignored my request, even after I reminded him. He then had the nerve to tell me the pickles were already in there—what a joke. It was clear he just slapped the sandwich together without any care, probably just to finish up quickly. Honestly, I don’t understand how someone could be that rude and careless with zero excuse for it.

A quick place to get some freshly made to order sandwiches in the downtown area. The place is pretty small and is connected to the Grand Hyatt. I was able to get a quick snack - Reuben Sandwich - that was well made and loaded with meat. The price is pretty acceptable, considering the area I'm in.

Some sort of undeclared ingredients in macaroni salad. I have several unusual food allergies and could not eat this not knowing what this is. Pretzel dog was amazing, but I can't leave a positive review for selling me an illegally labeled item which potentially risked my safety.

Our family of 4 was looking for a quick, convenient place serving breakfast items that also offered GF items. We found NYC Deli on Google and were not disappointed. The breakfast sandwiches were made-to-order, hot, and delicious. We ate in their small bar-style dining area. Highly recommend!

Needed a quick lunch and this was perfect. It was one lady working there by herself, but she was very efficient with getting orders done. I wish I got her name, I was there May 21st @ 2:45pm:)) lots of sandwich
options and other snacks & drinks to choose from.

Don’t disrespect a NY deli by calling yourself a Ny deli with no NY DELI quality. Portion sizes are below average, seasoning on bagel was almost there but could be enhanced a little. And the. Microwaving eggs? Say 10 Hail Marys and sacrifice your Ken Griffey JR jersey for forgiveness because that is just downright disrespectful. Otherwise, standard Seattle fare. Subpar at best

Food was good. Got the Ruben with pastrami. Decent amount of meat. Flavor was good. Cost $18 for a sandwich and bottled soda. Felt a little pricey for what you get. Quality was there, quantity was average.
