I visited Oasis Tea Zone today, 11/02/2024, and was really looking forward to a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed dismissive and impatient, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in.

It’s disappointing when the service feels rude and uninviting. I hope management addresses this, as it detracts from the overall experience. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Best place in Seattle for late night Boba drinks and food! The line can get long depending if there is a concert or sporting event at the stadiums. We love going here!

Parking: Street parking is free after 8pm in Seattle, lot next door is paid by the hour using the lot's app.

I had some time to kill while waiting for a pickup, so I decided to stop in for a bite. I ordered the chicken strips and fries. When my order was ready, I was handed a hot bag. Confused, I mentioned, "Oh, I was planning to eat here, but this looks like it's packaged to go." The response I received was, "That's just how it comes." I then asked how I was supposed to eat it since it was in a bag. Their answer was "You can just poke it with a stick." That response left me feeling unsettled. I replied, "That's weird, I'm disappointed." and left. Not only was I given no plate, napkins, or utensils, but when I reached into the bag, I discovered the fries were soggy. Concerned by the poor quality of the food, I decided to check their King County health inspection record—only to find they’ve recently dealt with a rat infestation and questionable food safety practices. I couldn't stomach eating it. To be blunt, this bag of soggy fries and questionable chicken strips are going straight into the garbage.

I came in around 9pm and it was somewhat busy. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea with boba and they had it made within just a few minutes. The one thing would be that my drink was a little diluted (which you can kind of tell in the picture) and didn’t taste as strongly of Taro like it had in the past. Otherwise, would recommend for great food, quick service, and if you are looking for a spot to hang out with friends and chill.

I have been coming here for a couple years and have only recently peaked an interest in their food menu. The Pork Rice Bowl an amazing dish until recently my last visit on 7/19/24 around 11:15pm, I found plastic in my food chopped up and I think I ended up eating a piece of this. I have tried messaging them on Instagram and emailing them directly no response. Again their boba drinks are great just don’t know what happened here. I wouldn’t recommend this place again until this issue is resolved. I tried calling the same night when I had ordered my food but no answer as it was later in the evening. Here is the pic for reference. I found 2 different sizes and after this threw my food away. Hope we can rectify this. Great local business just don’t know who the cook would be or how this stuff is processed.

That plastic is the almost the size of your pinky finger nail. As a reference and this is my iPhone 14 for size reference. First I thought it was just bone marrow but nope plastic.

UPDATE: 08/23/24 - still no update reached out to their social media and even emailed them. Still no response. I have changed my review on this as to be weary on checking their hot food. Still awaiting for an update.

Alisha and Sam are really kind. Good Vegan Options Boba late night!

I left my glass bottle and Alisha saved it and returned it to me when I got back here weeks later.

Sam was so honorable by remaking my tea, no questions asked when it got mixed up. Bless

One of the only late night boba spots in Seattle. They have a really good chicken sandwich. Their popcorn chicken curry is my favorite underrated pick though.
