For bubble tea, it’s solid. Taro for $3.31 in the middle of the day. I could give it a 5 star, probably.

Spacious for a place in Chinatown. I’ve been a couple of times but writing my thoughts before pedaling back to Bellevue.

there’s about 3 employees that actually know what they’re doing. very inconsistent in taste especially when it’s a worker that doesn’t know the concept of making drinks. i also don’t understand how your out of a product all the time unless its the 3 employees i mentioned. staff is really ruining this place

This is more than just a bubble tea place. This is a lounge for the visitors and this is a community for the locals. They have a lot of board games, and they have pinball machines. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice and recommended very good milk teas based on what we were craving for. The tea is on the sweet side (for me), so if you prefer not too sweet, make sure to ask reduced sugar. We were just in time for the special: $3 selected milk tea between 2 and 4pm on work days.

This place was an enormous let down.
All of the good reviews, and my wife use to come here all the time too, so we came here on nice little a date.
Only to walk in to a place that felt like a freezer, and the baristas clearly wearing warm clothing, in the middle of summer.
But then I notice they're playing League and Riot games stuff on the screens, which immediately makes me want to leave.(Seriously Seattle metro is Dota/Valve hometown).
But we stay because its a date.
The drinks were fine, but if your establishment is so cold you make a woman in the middle of summer on lexipro so cold that she cannot stay in your store, that's a problem.
We finally get our food and try to eat and its awful.
This is the worst takoyaki I have ever had. And I love tako(octopus) and ika(squid) jerky. This place doesn't know how to make proper takoyaki. so if this is what you were coming here for, dont bother.
Their pork belly was awful, my wife couldnt even eat it it was poorly seasoned and poor quality meat. The spicy popcorn chicken was great however, and we got a reasonable amount.
Ended up having to share it because the pork and takoyaki were so awful.
And ontop of all this, the entire time we were there, some 20~30+ minutes waiting for food and tryin to tolerate the cold, something was beeping every second the entire time. It was behind the counter and was being straight up ignored.
It was incredibly annoying.
Overall immensely disappointing location, it definitely isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be, and it's definitely not deserving of that 2023 award.
We expected awesome stuff, got met with an extra cold, annoying environment.
At least the drinks were nice. I got razzberry ice+cream. Tastes just like the red otter pop.
We will not be returning.

Overall really good! Would come back again.
There was a Boba Happy hour (3 dollars one cup). The bubbles were a little bit soft 🥲, but it was worth for the price🫡!

I’ve been going here since they opened in 2006 and they told me they wouldn’t accept my stamp card that is full and told
Me I had to use the phone System.
I was going to order two more bubble teas and food and then usually I leave a minimum $10 tip. They had lost my support entirely. I have been going here for nearly 20 years and I will go anywhere else now except for here.

Mango Craze was tasty, family loved the fried chicken.

Their cookies and cream milkshake is the worst milkshake I’ve ever had. Is just milk and ice with a few Oreos, tastes awful. DO NOT BUY THIS HERE

Last drinks I ordered there were horrible. They have a new lazy staff that is horrible at making drinks and the last drink tasted like poison and was not mixed with ingredients the way it should have been. Im not sure what was all in it. I think I saw the exact barista put it in the blender and it didn’t even look right or even mixed then. Will have to check on why it was that way.

Today 6/28 ,I use to love this place I recommend to family and friends and visitors, what happen today I will never go back and recommend this to my friend and family, the name cashiers Olivia missed up my order, and i said I will keep the order even I don’t think is good because I feel bad to return ,I I just order for my daughter she told me its ok I don’t need to pay she will need my number, while I’m waiting for the drink the guy Cameron making the drinks His very insisted to get the drink that I already drink almost half of it,it’s very disrespectful, very rude, bad customer service, you want your. Customer to be happy satisfied, this kinda person is not good in your business your gonna lost customers, there’s a lot better and taste good tea store on the area but people coming because of customers service.I will not coming and recommend this store anymore!

Wooden booths, plywood walls, dimly lit, bar stools and tables surrounded with Indie tunes. We are enjoying our taro with Boba milk tea and lychee snow with Boba. This cool place nestled in Chinatown and a good break from ou walk through the many shops and restaurants.
