An exceptional bar with exceptional beers. One of the only places to get a Doppelbock in Ballard that I'm aware of, though any others I find will have a high bar to meet. Excellent indoor and outdoor spaces and friendly to run clubs and events, which they have a big back space specifically to accommodate.
Beers are excellent- staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the vibes are phenomenal. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of barrel added porters btw - they have an excellent bottled option that is to die for.
I'm on the board of a community organization that held our annual event at Obec this year and our group had such a fun time. Wayne and the bartender staff all did a fantastic job making sure we were well taken care of. Our small event planning team mostly got to just relax and enjoy gathering with our community after we were done with our very easy set up.
