Low-quality, badly processed 14.75 oz can of Pink Salmon has bones in it and other inedible fish parts, pieces of spine, eyes? I mixed it in my salad and almost every bite I spit out. I found pieces of bone and other parts in the bites I spit out. I do not recommend this brand. Disgusting!

We went here to get fish to take home from a trip to Seattle. It is quite a bit less expensive than the fish markets in Pike's Place. Staff was helpful, and what we bought has been excellent so far. Two complaints: no labels on the vacuum packed fresh fish and the itemized bill was done by hand with little description of, for example, what kind of salmon filets were $19.99 and how much I got. I have no reason to think things weren't done correctly, but it took a lot longer to check out than it should have.

This is the second time I have contacted Ocean Beauty regarding the Port Clyde Sardines in soybean oil. I love these sardines and stock up when on sale. I have sardines with a "best by" date of 10-2015 which are positively disgusting. I am on my last few cans. The others were fine. They are mushy and very unappetizing. Why are they like this when it is only June/July that they are mushy? I purchased them from Rite-Aid when they were on sale some months ago. But......the "best by" date still has 10-2015. I had to discard them.

So cheap! I came here on the recommendation of my boss at work and it was well worth the wait. If anything, I just wish I came when they opened at 8. They had a great many deliciously cheap deals waiting for us but so much was gone already. We went around 845 and found a long line had already formed. You will potentially be competing with restaurants for the best stuff so plan to lose out on those deals if you aren't they at open.

The alder smoked salmon here is pretty delicious. I it's a half steak with the skin on. Some people get grossed out by the bloodline near the belly but when it's smoked, it adds a nuance of flavor. Just enough smoke, salt and sugar to make this moist tasty salmon!

Get on their FB page so you can find out when they have their monthly dock sales. Super cheap and amazing seafood deals. It's a little crazy though so get there early :)
