This 1 star review is for Dom exclusively. Dark wavy hair “manager”
We had a very small situation where our egg was overcooked to the point of being hard boiled when we ordered soft boiled not a big deal. We just asked for another egg to replace it.
He was super confrontational and acted as if we were trying to steal from the restaurant
Not at all our intention at all. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had a a restaurant. This guy should not be able to be a server anymore.
It was actually shocking how he acted. We were later spoken to by a very sweet server named kya I think, and we appreciate her
But Dom was a complete mess…. He is giving this restaurant a bad reputation

Food and drinks were great. My girlfriend got the has and it was a very small portion. I got the lox special and it was super good! We are snobs about our bloody Mary’s and they were great! Cocktails good too. Pricey side. Biscuit a little dry and very busy, but it’s a beautiful Sunday!

Really good food. Often a long wait however, especially if you are coming during breakfast or lunch time. I prefer sitting outside, as the inside dining area can be very loud. Lots of vegetarian options.

Awesome spot for brunch! Great Ham and Eggs Benedict and good coffee too (I got an Americano with Oatmilk). It does get busy on the weekends so expect at least a 45 minute wait around noon on a Saturday.

Shakshuka was not good. Hosts on Saturday morning were kind and cheery. They automatically charge you gratuity.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food, me and my friend were served our very cold food with a hair on the side. Definitely not worth my $30.

Stopped in around 1pm thinking we'd miss thr lunch rush... which we did, but it was still quite busy. Brunch is served till 3pm, which was great to find out. I had the BLAT with fries and my friend had mac n cheese. We both really liked our meals, but what made us REALLY happy were the beignets! We split an order for dessert (they are part of the brunch menu, I think). Omg sooo good! They were mini-beignets with powedered sugar and a little bit of salt sprinkled on as well. They came with delicious strawberry jam, but we decided we liked the beignets better without the jam.
We'll definitely be coming back!!

I came in for my 21st birthday brunch with my fiancée and had mixed feelings about the experience. When we arrived, our server seemed snappy and was chewing gum very aggressively, which felt unprofessional and immediately set an uncomfortable tone. She asked what we wanted to drink, and when I asked about a latte, she abruptly said they don’t have that anymore and then immediately asked what we wanted for food, which felt rushed and dismissive.
We ordered and the food itself was decent. I didn’t love my dish, but it was okay and I still told her it was good out of respect. My fiancée absolutely loved his meal — the biscuit and gravy was delicious, and the fries with garlic aioli were amazing. The coffee was also really good.
Toward the end, things felt awkward and disappointing. There was a surcharge added to our bill, which I thought might have included the tip, so we didn’t leave an additional one. As we were leaving, our server gave us a death stare, which made the situation uncomfortable. She also brought me a to-go cup for my coffee, but when I started to pour it myself she quickly took over and seemed annoyed. Throughout the meal, I also noticed her looking over and talking to her coworker, which made me feel self-conscious, especially on my birthday.
I truly hope we didn’t offend her in any way — we were kind, polite, and tried to make small talk. Unfortunately, the service made what should have been a special birthday brunch feel awkward and disappointing. The food had some great highlights, but the service really affected the overall experience.
I have noticed others saying the same in their reviews so just be aware if you wanna visit.

From the beautiful light and decor in this gorgeous space to the consistent yummy array of plates, pastries and beverages… I love love being in this space. Alone with my laptop or with a few friends. Get the BLT and add the Burrata ❤️
