Oh man I regret not coming here sooner, I saw the truck on an episode of "More Best Ever Food Review Show", and I knew I have to come to the truck or the cafe.

A charming little cafe in the Burke museum that serves a lot of fry bread and quite a few tacos on fry bread, both of which I highly recommend. The sweetened fry bread is a delectable treat, especially when topped with cinnamon. What most positively surprised me though, were the Indian tacos, particularly the bison one, which came with a large amount of bison meat. I had the Bison Taco and Honey/powdered Sugar Fry Bread. The fry bread was perfect, crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The Bison taco was good overall, but the meat lacked a bit of flavor. I wish I would have gone with the chili beef.
