One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle
The Banchan here is delicious, I ordered a gochujang pork belly banchan meal. The pickled radish and apple muchim flavors hits perfectly. I love the acidity from these two side dishes. The Broccoli & tofu is a little too salty for my taste, and the gochujang porkbelly was very disappointing. The texture felt firm like it was overcooked, and it was overcooked.
If you get the chance, book in for a private dinner! Sara will look after you like you've never had! The banchan, all made in house, are amazing!
Gluten free and dairy free menu. It was fantastic meal. Great veggies and rice.
Wow! Just delicious ! The best vegan food we have had around here.
Tasty and generous portions ✨️
This is a vibrant neighborhood spot with delicious Korean banchan and lunch bowls. This is my go-to spot in Seattle for bibimbap (made with seasonal ingredients). They also host a variety of private, special events that are community focused.
Jopjay too gingery, too salty. Music is loud and aggressive
I love this place! The food is so delicious and nourishing. Staff are really attentive and kind. The seasonal rotating menu is very cool, especially knowing I can count on gluten free dishes.
This place is a must go to spot in Seattle. I heard nothing but great things about it. And now that I've been, it did not dissappoint. You should go, bring a friend, some family, and everyone in between and support them. Like now. Stop reading and go. Youre welcome.

We'll start with the positives. Love the deli vibe and atmosphere. The menu appears considered and appealing. Branding is on point. Love any woman-owned establishment. On the downside, nothing my partner and I ordered tasted very Korean which was confusing. On a cold day, we craved the heartiness and warmth of gochugaru red pepper traditionally used in Korean stews and dishes, but both dishes we ordered were pretty flat, without flavor, depth, or warmth. We did arrive when the two meat options were sold out, but there's still a lot one can do with veggies in Korean cuisine, so we were hopeful. Unfortunately, my partner likened his dish to Campbell's tomato soup. Not the worst thing ever but not what you want from a Korean restaurant. We hoped the banchan dish would serve a good fermented cabbage kimchi as a palate cleanser but we got oshinko pickles and very strange green beans that seemed dipped in white (not rice) vinegar and MSG. The small side dish of apple kimchi was nice, yet didn't redeem the other dishes. My favorite things about Korean cuisine are gochugaru and fermentation, so I was left wanting. We paid $30 for entree, side, and tip.
The Korean meatballs were good but the sauce was gloopy and overly sweet. One of the salads tasted like a mouthful of soup and my partner's potato soup had only 1 cube of potato in it. The service was fast, maybe too fast. It wouldn't hurt to have one check and see if the food was to one's liking.
As a gluten free girlie it's hard to find good and safe food while traveling. There staff here are very friendly and the food here is phenomenal.
A nice place for lunch or a quick fresh salad. Had some bits of their radish Kimchi, was awesome!

This is a review for the Kimchi Cooking Class: we had an absolute blast learning how to make kimchi! We were greeted with a delightful spread of appetizers and had a nice intimate space with the other attendants. Sara and her team were so wonderful, kind, and welcoming and our final creations were so delicious! We all ended up with more kimchi than expected. Excited to try this out again at home and we'll for sure be back at Ohsun to try out their menu!
