Delicious bagels! No wait at 9:30am. Got plain bagel and cream cheese, and a multigrain with plain cream cheese. Great level of toasting, love the sandwich cut to halve it, and a solid amount of cream cheese. Not stingy, like I am always afraid will happen in a place that isn’t NYC lol

Absolutely love this place! The bagels are fresh, and full of flavor. Great selection of spreads and toppings, plus Lily was incredibly hospitable and is very friendly. Highly recommended

I enjoyed my bagel and latte, although I really think there should be more than one sugar free choice, but it was difficult to understand the nice woman behind counter. Not sure if this place is Blazing Bagels or O8 Bagels or Tidal???? But it was convenient, tasty, nice atmosphere.

Conveniently located in a hotel lobby accessible to guests and the public alike.

Although the staff is pleasant, it is insufficient to handle the morning rush, resulting in a 15 minute wait and wrong orders.

The bagel itself is fresh, thus the two stars, but it was not prepared correctly. I ordered a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese but was given the bagel slathered in so much butter I had to scrape off a pile of butter; sadly, did not discover this until after I left. The orders of the three patrons before me were also wrong adding to the delayed service. Finally, they did not wipe the prep board or knife between bagels, so my bagel had bits of onion/garlic from the everything bagel they sliced/prepared prior to mine.

Would not recommend.

I was not impressed with our stay unfortunately. The valet parking situation is very inconvenient because they require everyone to valet making wait times extremely long. The energy saver card thing was very confusing making us end up with no lights when we woke up in the middle of the night. And the absolute worst part of the stay making me not come back again is they have their AC preset to not go colder than 66 degrees. I was so in uncomfortable we left early.

Horrible coffee! Sour/bitter to taste. I had to flood my Americano with cream to make it tolerable. The bacon on the bagels was charred to the point that you couldn’t tell what it was! Not worth the $40 plus dollars we spent!

No more vegan bagel sandwiches. They do have a vegan cream cheese and a avo and tomato bagel sandwich but no more just egg or vegan sausage and cheese.

I walked over to try out this location and found that they no longer serve breakfast bagels.
However, the staff who helped me were so kind and professional I'm leaving 4 stars because I wouldn't want to tank ratings.

Got catfished into coming here as they no longer have bagel sandwiches like lox, etc. All you can get is cream cheese on a bagel.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they couldn’t even cut it in half all the way, just a sloppy mess handed to you in a bag.

I ate the vegan sausage and egg bagel earlier this year but now the menu has changed and they only do a vegan cream cheese. Don't go expecting sausage and just egg (go to plantiful for that)

Solid bagel shop. It’s a bit pricey, but the bagels are good. If you order one of their bagel sandwiches you can choose what bagel you want to use.

I personally like their lox bagel or I get a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side and that’s great too. My boyfriend enjoys their turkey club. I don’t really like their avocado toast bagel. It tastes basically like a salad on bread and I’m not a big fan of sprouts. But if I were to get it again, I would add an egg to give it more flavor contrast.

They have great service here. I don’t feel like I wait too long for my order (like 10 minutes max). There can be a line sometimes in the morning but it moves steadily. They have a few tables and chairs to sit at around the shop, so I usually wait there after ordering.

Also one time their payment kiosk was down and the person at the counter personally informed everyone in line that they could only do room charge. I really appreciated that they did that instead of you waiting until you get to the front of the line to figure out you can’t use Apple Pay.

Also another time I had to change my order after I paid to another bagel sandwich and they didn’t even charge for the difference! So nice!

The bagel shop is inside the Hyatt, right though the lobby. The Hyatt has a sleek design and the bagel shop is no different.

Overall when I stay at the Hyatt I always look forward to getting bagels from here. Great bagels and great service.

They do not have any of the menu items pictured. Store bought bagels and cream cheese. I can't eat cream cheese and a dry bagel?? No. Skip.

So I just read the other reviews and they accommodated another dairy free person - I asked and they do have vegan spread but now there is a huge line and I have a plane to catch.

Despite experiencing technical difficulties, Elizabeth and Binta were able to make things happen and get this starving vegan breakfast. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion even though I came in hot. You guys are the best! Someone give them an extra day of PTO!
