No more vegan bagel sandwiches. They do have a vegan cream cheese and a avo and tomato bagel sandwich but no more just egg or vegan sausage and cheese.

I walked over to try out this location and found that they no longer serve breakfast bagels.
However, the staff who helped me were so kind and professional I'm leaving 4 stars because I wouldn't want to tank ratings.

Got catfished into coming here as they no longer have bagel sandwiches like lox, etc. All you can get is cream cheese on a bagel.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they couldn’t even cut it in half all the way, just a sloppy mess handed to you in a bag.

I ate the vegan sausage and egg bagel earlier this year but now the menu has changed and they only do a vegan cream cheese. Don't go expecting sausage and just egg (go to plantiful for that)

Solid bagel shop. It’s a bit pricey, but the bagels are good. If you order one of their bagel sandwiches you can choose what bagel you want to use.

I personally like their lox bagel or I get a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side and that’s great too. My boyfriend enjoys their turkey club. I don’t really like their avocado toast bagel. It tastes basically like a salad on bread and I’m not a big fan of sprouts. But if I were to get it again, I would add an egg to give it more flavor contrast.

They have great service here. I don’t feel like I wait too long for my order (like 10 minutes max). There can be a line sometimes in the morning but it moves steadily. They have a few tables and chairs to sit at around the shop, so I usually wait there after ordering.

Also one time their payment kiosk was down and the person at the counter personally informed everyone in line that they could only do room charge. I really appreciated that they did that instead of you waiting until you get to the front of the line to figure out you can’t use Apple Pay.

Also another time I had to change my order after I paid to another bagel sandwich and they didn’t even charge for the difference! So nice!

The bagel shop is inside the Hyatt, right though the lobby. The Hyatt has a sleek design and the bagel shop is no different.

Overall when I stay at the Hyatt I always look forward to getting bagels from here. Great bagels and great service.

They do not have any of the menu items pictured. Store bought bagels and cream cheese. I can't eat cream cheese and a dry bagel?? No. Skip.

So I just read the other reviews and they accommodated another dairy free person - I asked and they do have vegan spread but now there is a huge line and I have a plane to catch.

Despite experiencing technical difficulties, Elizabeth and Binta were able to make things happen and get this starving vegan breakfast. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion even though I came in hot. You guys are the best! Someone give them an extra day of PTO!

I ordered a tub of cream cheese for my bagels for the week, cost ~ $8.00 - we live across the street. And this is what I got, an unsealed sipper cup that I cannot close up. My question is, If you did not have a tub, shouldn't the person selling it to me inform me of this? They were busy but that is no excuse. I am in awe. This is weird. Not too happy

I love a good bagel sandwich and this was so delicious. Bacon and egg comes with a whiskey bacon jam that adds a delicious sweet flavor - one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. Mostly hightop seating available. There’s also a Slices machine for pizza by the slice.

Parking: The bagel shop is inside the hotel lobby. Unless you are staying at the Hyatt at Olive 8, there is no parking available.

I stayed 7 days in the hotel and the Bagel shop was my preferred option to have breakfast: tea (organic and fantastic!), coffee (super well done!), bagel (salmon and cheese delicious!) and granola yogurt. Business days and weekend using the Bagel shop! The staff is super nice and they deliver the orders super fast!?

I purchased the packaged strawberries from this place and was disappointed to find that a majority of them were spoiled. It makes me question their commitment to ensuring the freshness and quality of their food.

This bagel shop is great! They have GF bagels and vegan options as well for ppl with dairy allergies. Elizabeth was really friendly and got to know my order over the week that I stayed at the hotel which made me feel special. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. My husband really liked the normal bagels as they have tons of options for everyone.
