Nice ambience but the service did not match. We were seated right away and then basically ignored the rest of the night, unless we very pointedly tracked down waitstaff. Food very slow to come (salad, so they weren't cooking it). Order wasn't quite right but we just went with it. Nobody came back to ask us if everything was alright or if we needed anything more anyways.
Excellent service and location. Just sit back and enjoy a great cocktail as you await the arrival of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack in a classic and iconic setting. Wonderful atmosphere and experience.
Went for Thanksgiving. Had a reservation. Waited 1.15 hrs for one Espresso martini which was so awful I couldn't drink it. Waited for 1 hour for first course it was a cheese slice, jelly and roasted cranberries. Worth $25 nope. Second course waited another hour. Another table was so loud and rude and no one said a thing to them as they were on FaceTime with relatives the entire meal so that the entire restaurant could here it. Table got into a fight with another customer who asked if they could stop the non-stop FaceTime. Servers seemed way too stressed for lack of people in restaurant. Back door to kitchen is dirty looking curtains and the entire ambience was soso.
My husband and I went for Thanksgiving prix fixe menu with wine pairings and had the worst service of our lives. We received the first two courses with no problem, but then a server tried to deliver our deserts before we received our entrees. It was then another 30 minutes before we received our entrees, and in the meantime no one came to our table to apologize or explain what was causing the delay. Eventually our wine was delivered and the server said she'd added a little extra to apologize for the wait. Given the size of the pour compared to the rest we received with our courses, and was indeed a "little" extra. When our final round of wine was served we asked for the deserts to go, because we had already been there longer than we had planned and also we were full because because the portions of every course were enormous. We then proceeded to wait another 20 plus minutes to receive the desert. Though the check, with no discount offered, was delivered and picked up promptly. When we were finally able to flag down our server (who seemed to be very busy, as opposed to ignoring us,) she was shocked our desert hadn't been delivered and offered wine as a compensation. At that point we'd already been there for three hours and wanted to leave, so we declined. After tax and tip we spent nearly $500 for the worst service of our lives. We will never return.
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. The music was soft jazz, pretty bad. The service was fine, but nothing special. The food was pretty good and the wine pairing was the weak link. It was $86 for a pairing. Three of the white wines were warm. The quality was lower than the price tag should suggest. Generally, a meh experience.
Matthew made my birthday dinner so incredible, and the food and drinks was amazing! Will be back!!
We have been to Oliver's many times but I have never experienced anything like this. Our server was super slow, I had to ask twice if my drink was coming. When it finally came I cancelled our dinner because the service was too slow. She said I had a bad attitude and took the drink.
Very cozy space. We ordered the French toast and it was so yummy. Great service. Would recommend.

Food and drink was very good but a bit $$$$ although expected. Our server Stephen was professional, personable, and exceptional. He made a fine dinning event a fun experience. Thank you for a very nice evening happy hour and incredibly delicious breakfast.
Stopped for a coctail and light bite. Amazing classic flavors, great service, and sitting in that window was so surprisingly pleasing.

The serving staff were incredibly overworked and the kitchen was very slow. Food was average and lukewarm.
First time stopping in for a quick lunch. Wow, the service was personal level: good attentive by my bartender/server named Matt. He made sure that I didn't feel strange sitting at his bar table alone. I felt like I was taken care of sincerely. I ordered a cocktail, Chrysanthemum, and Cappuccino w/extra shot. Nothing to complaint. For the main dish, I ordered Protein bowl as he explained it's their new menu. First I hesitated because it sounded too healthy, lol&lol. Actually, it was soooo delicious and the level of home-cooked meal. Warm and well presented. Enough amount of veggies and nuts. The egg on the top was the kick. It mingled well with the rest of the ingredients. So earthy and not salty! I will definitely come back to enjoy the atmosphere and the food. Thank you, Matt.

Kitchen needs a few more weeks to get there act together! I'll pass on Oliver's for a while, better options .
Booked a room, received confirmation thru email. Cancelled booking before arrival thru email. I called to fix and got confirmation. Arrived and no active reservation. The hotel was full at this point. Reservation manager at desk extremely rude. We had to stay the night at the airport.
Olivers is a lovely restaurant in Seattle's historical mayflower park hotel. Helpful staff and very welcoming.
