The ambiance was really great here. They definitely hired a professional to do the interior design and this would be a great place for a date. There was Life jazz, too, and our drinks were phenomenal.

Used to go here years and years ago, and it was lovely. Our oldest kid was little and was so delighted by the truffle popcorn and the tomato cappuccino soup with grilled cheese. Years later, our daughter is now 23 and we called Oliver’s to buy her a gift for her birthday. Chai was so sweet and helpful! Our daughter ultimately decided to go elsewhere bc of the change in the menu (much less veg options). Despite this, we were so impressed with Chai and how kind and accommodating he was! To the owners: give Chai a raise and bring back the tomato cappuccino soup!

Very cozy with delicious drinks!
A lovely, cozy neighborhood bar with good food, great snacks and amazing cocktails. Their drink menu is dedicated to the classics, long forgotten cocktails and a handful of original recipes inspired by the classics. Our service was friendly and our bartender was very knowledgeable. Ask about your drink! They know the whole history.
Parking: Parking is free on street parking but it's close to a bus stop as well.

This used to be part of Seattle that I used to love. I used to appreciate the neighborhood bar that everybody would clamor to and share their day. But unfortunately this isn't that place anymore. Wrapped in their own social club and raised prices, they choke you out. This is a social club and if you are an outsider prepare to loathe every second of it. If the bartenders don't know you, you will get lesser service.

Tasty cocktails
Grab a seat at the bar top and notice familiar faces from the neighborhood trickle in. Ollie's twist is home to a lovely staff, and a beautiful group of neighborhood folks-turned regulars, that have become one big, hodge-podged happy family over the years. There is good reason for that. Stop by and make a friend or two, enjoy a tasty cocktail (a cardamom gimlet! don't miss out!) and take in the cozy atmosphere. <3

Cute environment but the food and drinks were not tasty and overpriced. Can’t say I would go back here.

Staff was extremely kind, wouldn't mind Evan on the well.
We ordered takeout. The food was ready quickly and service was good. The food was so overpriced for the amount and the quality. We ordered the chicken, pork sausage, and burger. The pork was steamed and not appetizing, the chicken was incredibly mediocre and not very good, and the burger was unique in a bad way. The best part was the rice. Lower the prices or make better food.

I really enjoyed this place a lot. I am leaving this review for only one reason: the popcorn machine produces a bunch of smoke and there’s no ventilation, so I was wheezing for the rest of the night. If that were fixed this would be an easy 5-star review.
