Kind staff, good food. Placed an online order for takeout and then called to ask if they had any candles they could add to the box, which was a birthday gift. They originally said they didn’t, but then, even though it was 15 minutes before closing (sorry again!), they went above and beyond to look for some and found them - and even added a cute Happy Birthday sticker to the box. The recipient enjoyed the croffles, especially the mango flavor. Thank you for taking the extra time...
If I could give six stars I would. This place is cleaner than any Starbucks I've ever been to and the wait staff is always very kind and understanding. It will make whatever you want so I got hooked on the biscotti cheesecake and caramel macchiato. I used to think that Starbucks made the best caramel macchiato until I came here, you can tell the ingredients are homemade and fresh. The front wait has always been kind. A hip and stylish restaurant with a wide assortment of rococo looking sweets. It seems rather new and rather popular, one of the many new establishments emerging in Roosevelt, around the light rail. The inside is quite spacious and artsy, and I enjoyed the chance to sit down and think as I carefully sipped my Jasmine milk tea and consumed a delicious little apple pie egg tart.
