This is how you fuse culinary influences together! The spices, the broth, the made-from-scratch approach! The broths have so much depth, the noodles bouncy and firm, the pork was melt in your mouth good with a deep complex flavored. The fried chicken was very, very balanced with a crunchy and delicate balance. Self-seat and self-service, but the owner really checks in throughout the meal. Well worth the price, which is not cheap.

This place is my go-to spot for ramen in Seattle! There are a ton of great places to get ramen here, but this one really stands out. The flavor and quality are top-notch. I’m a big fan of spicy ramen, and these guys make some of the best I’ve ever had.

The first time we tried Ooink, we got take out. It was fine, but a bit salty.

We tried going and got hooked. The Shoyu Ramen is great and the pork breaks apart with chopsticks so perfectly. The broth is mildly salty and savory. For add-ons, I like the mushrooms and seaweed, but this is honestly great even without.

I definitely recommend coming here!
