We ordered a large variety of food and drinks. Everything was amazing, including the service!

The food is fantastic! The dessert is heavenly. The churros are made with high-quality chocolate, and the cheesecake has a perfect balance of flavors.

Loved the food here. Food portions were small but the presentation was amazing. Oh, And turned out our waitress was the owner!

The drinks were good; as this is a distillery, that makes sense. That said, I was really disappointed with the value of the meal. For the price point (we ended up paying $100 per person with a few drinks), the food is sub-par. The portions are tiny and there are exclusively "share plates". We were told the $40+ share plates were entreé-sized, which they are not. The food is certainly tasty, but it's not worth the price. My feedback to the restaurant would be to expand to entreés if you are going to call yourself a restaurant.
I am someone that has spent $400 per person at other places, and didn't feel ripped off. I wouldn't come back for food, but I would for a single drink.

I went with three work friends for dinner. Loved the food, the service, and the owner. We ordered and shared most of the menu. All was delicious. I look forward to my next Seattle work trip.
Wonderful experience. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is easy-going comfortable. Highly recommend

This is such a hidden gem in Seattle! The food, the cocktails, the natural wine selection, the ambiance! All of it exceeded expectations. The tuna crudo is absolutely to die for!

It was a perfect evening.
We were celebrating our son’s fiancée’s birthday, and OOLA made the event special, by their food and vibe.
The bartender was very friendly. He was my first impression, walking in. And that was where we started: with their original cocktails. I stayed in my lane with whiskey based drinks, “the bear” and their mint julep inspired cocktail. I highly recommend both of these.
We ordered all the plates :) for dinner.
My favorite was the salmon roe on dense fried potatoes. Sorry, I neglected pictures. My description is awful, but, if you like rich, dense flavor, this is best in class and unique to OOLA.
Also a first for me: puffed tendon. My reaction when my kid ordered this was probably “WTF- tendon?”. It crunches and then melts in your mouth. Amazing.
So we, 6 people, ate the world, 2 drinks each, at about $100 / person, tip included.
For this kind of a special dinner, that is a bargain in Seattle.
Also, this would be a great casual place to just get a great cocktail.
Finally, our server was personable and attentive. She really helped make the event special.
My pics are kind of lame. I’ll have to go back again to add better pics. These do not capture the essence of what a great time we had.
Update: although my pics are lacking, Jason Pham has a pic of the roe on potatoes that do the dish justice. Others pics in the reviews also capture the great vibe of OOLA!

I am a frequent regular who swears by OOLA and does everything in my power to bring in new people to try out the restaurant. I had my really dear close friends in town from Las Vegas who have been wanting to try OOLA ever since they saw my photos of the space over time. We had a party of 4 that consisted of my best friends, myself and my lovely girlfriend (who is also a huge fan of the restaurant). The place was nice and packed with guests, everyone having a lovely evening enjoying the drinks, the food, the atmosphere and each others company. We started off with some drinks, some bread and butter, and we pondered on the menu for so long because we drifted into conversations as the energy really had us just enjoying the time. We ordered the Tuna Crudo, Wild Boar Meatballs, Shishito Peppers, and the Hanger Steak. All incredible and very delicious. The hanger steak being the star of the night for my best friend who said it was the best steak he has ever had. OOLA is home and everyone that works hard in the place makes sure everyone feels that way. Do yourself a favor and come on in and experience what I experience everytime I am there.

The service and food were both great. We enjoyed the service as well, every person in the building made sure we were being taken care of. The food was solid and they were so nice accommodating some of our dietary restrictions as I'm pescatarian and my friend was pregnant. There was nothing we didn't enjoy.
Wonderful gem of a restaurant- stylish, minimalist decor with wood tones, blackened steel and just the right amount of art. Doors open to a lovely patio. We dined inside but enjoyed the view. Great array of small plates offered choices for both of us. Met KT and left with a postcard of her lovely German Shepherd- the restaurant's namesake. We are from out of town but if we weren't, OOLA would be in heavy rotation.
Food & cocktails delicious - fresh, creative flavor combos, beautiful presentation. Ambiance was also lovely - big windows, plants, artistic plates. Can't wait to go back!
All shareable plates and each was absolutely fantastic. We sat outside hoping it would be quiet but happened to be seated next to a loud table. Not the restaurant's fault but loud nonetheless. I will definitely be back!
A place where you can come and take a deep
