The music is terrible and loud, it doesn’t match the vibe here. (Calm? Cozy?)

Got the iced matcha latte with simple syrup and iced vanilla latte! Both were really yummy. The matcha had this hint of rose or cardamom flavor that was enjoyable! The espresso in the latte was pronounced but not bitter or burnt. The aesthetic and decor is really cute too! The employee who helped me was super nice too! Oh also note that there is not that many power outlets so come with your devices charged!

Very cozy place. Nice persian tea experience with traditional accompaniments. The tea was very smooth. Various types of seating available including big sit down table for a large group in the middle. It was full at the time. Also the open plan means it kinda get noisy

This is the perfect 3rd space. The design. The seating. The drinks. The music. The people. THE PEOPLE. I'll be here, and so should you! And huge shoutout to Ronna, my favorite barista - she's the sweetest! They also updated their WiFi policy to be just a one-time password, like most other coffee shops!

one of my favorite cafes in capitol hill. there’s not enough spaces that are this cozy and calm in seattle. they always have a great playlist on too. also, ronna is such a sweetheart!

Amazing new place—slightly hidden, but totally worth finding. From the street, look for the sign and walk upstairs. The interior is beautifully minimalistic, with plenty of comfortable couches and lovely tables. The space is thoughtfully designed and feels calm and welcoming. I loved the Americano and the sweets. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

I visited this cafe when it first opened and I got really weird vibes.

As soon as I walked in, everyone at the counter looked at me but not a single person greeted me or said anything to me. I had to literally walk into their office to get someone to acknowledge me.

Later on in my visit, I found out one of the people sitting at the counter was the OWNER.

Mind you, I was there on a day pass visit. But just before prior to coming to my appointed time slot, they stopped offering day passes and made it open to everybody. Yet I never got notified or even refunded. But that was whatever, I was open to supporting a small business since I'm a small business owner as well.

My real issue is when a conventionally attractive white man walked in (I'm a POC), the owner was suddenly VERY attentive and spent the whole time flirting with him, while I (and along with others) were ignored by her. I could even hear them flirting through my headphones which was quite distracting especially for a place that was touted as a coworking space (at the beginning). I don't mind you flirting at your place of business, I'm just annoyed that I got completed ignored and had to seek someone out myself to get the tea service that was included in my day pass.

Weird vibes all around and definitely don't recommend this spot.

I don't think I have ever left a bad review, but I felt the need to.

Open Form used to be one of my favorite cafes, but sadly, I was highly disappointed today. The worker was extremely rude to my friend & I. I ordered a Matcha Latte and paid for extra syrup, but my friend and I could not taste the syrup at all. Additionally, the drink tasted watery and like pure milk. I loved the vibe of this cafe as well as the music, but it's so disappointing to see such change. I understand having personal codes for the Wi-Fi (that cuts off after exactly two hours), as well as having to purchase a drink every two hours, but the important part of owning a cafe is TRUSTING your community and treating them with respect/kindness.

So, if I came in with a friend that couldn't have anything on the menu, but wanted to work with me and use the Wi-Fi, they simply can't just because they didn't purchase anything, even if I did?
