After waiting for over an hour my pizza was finally ready, and I was met with condescending remarks from the girl in the food truck. After explaining my frustration with how long it took to cook a single pizza and that their buzzer never went off, she rolled her eyes, laughing at me, claiming they were about to throw my pizza away had I not shown up when I did. Now having eaten some of this pizza, I wish I had not. The center is completely undercooked and the whole thing is absolutely drenched in oil. There is hardly any sauce, and the crust is flavorless. I wouldn't even serve this to my enemies. 0/5 stars.

By far the best NY style pizza I have had in my life. In or out of Seattle and including NYC. Worth the trip to the truck

Public service announcement to anyone planning on ordering pizzas from Oskars - they do not honor the prices listed on their official Facebook page menu. Prices have increased but they are listed on a menu only available at the food truck. I wasted an hour or so today ordering a pizza from them by phone and then not being able to afford it once I got there because they changed the price. Oskar claims that prices changed back in January, but he never updated the menu, and now he would not honor his page's listed prices. I would not say that Oskar was mean, but he was not apologetic whatsoever, and appeared to have somewhat of an attitude about the situation. I cannot comment on the taste of the pizza, since I was not able to purchase it, but in my opinion the food is overpriced ($35 for a pizza listed as 26.50) and their customer service is lacking. I do not plan on returning.

Got to try this food truck at an event in Bothell, it was great! Love the thin crust style and I was worried it might be soggy coming from a food truck but it wasn't! Tried pepperoni and Hawaiian. The pepperoni was pretty greasy but that's usually how it is. Loved the Hawaiian, the pineapple seemed fresh! $4-$5 a slice.

The veggie pizza has goat cheese in it and that totally ruined it for me. I should've stuck to plain cheese pizza.

I can't believe I never reviewed this place. So I have yet to eat at the actually restaurant but their food truck has made its rounds and we are good friends.First off, their pizza is fire! I love the price, I love the taste, I love that it isn't burnt, and I love the size of the slices. We are talking quality foldable NY style pizza here folks.Last time I ordered a slice was under 4 bucks. Any other place I go to approaches $6 easy.I am planning a trip to the restaurant itself and I totally want to update tgis review when I get there.

Great NY style pizza. He has other kinds but NY is the standard that I judge pizza. Grew up on the East coast and he is right on with the pizza. Great crust and wonderful sauce. Just the right amount of cheese. Service is fast and nice. I wish he would come to the Eastside and I would visit every week or maybe twice a week.

Fantastic NY pizza. Tasty, great ingredients and very good thin crust. Reasonably priced too!

I haven't had a chance to completely savor the pizza here, but they park a truck at the VA and today I was finishing up from having fasted for a procedure, so I thought I would check it out. They were very friendly, cheerful even. I got a slice of Hawaiian. The most amazing part was the crust. It's so crunchy. I don't think I've ever had such a fun pizza crust before. I recommend checking them out.

Tried the spicy combo from Oskars for the first time tonight. They popped up at Cairn Brewing Company in Kenmore and boy am I glad we did. Nice thin NY style pizza. Crispy thin crust, perfect balance of toppings and tomato sauce, nice bits of chunky sausage, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms and grilled red onions....Delicious! We called in our order and 25 mins later it was ready to go. Hope we have a chance to see them in the north end again soon!

Perfect crust- not too doughy and not too crunchy like extra thin crust. The sauce tasted homemade- nice and thick and great tomato flavor. I like Hawaiian pizza, my husband doesn't. Oskar's Hawaiian pizza had finely sliced ham and the pineapple tasted fresh, not canned. After one bite my husband was a convert and we bought some to go (Thanks, Oskar!). And Oskar and his staff are gems! We will definitely be back! Google to find his schedule

We had Oskar's Pizza at a food truck at Ounces Brewery in Delridge. We moved here six years ago. We are thinking this may be the best pizza we have found in Seattle. The pizza we had in Pittsburgh was always very good, so we are picky. The crust on this pizza was not thick and not thin and was good and chewy. There were a variety of toppings and they were all fresh and good. There are other Oskar locations. At this particular location, you can buy a pizza and take it into Ounces Brewery!

Amazing pizza! We go to Cairn Brewing whenever Oskar is there. This is the best pizza we’ve found in Seattle and can’t recommend it enough. My boyfriend is from New Jersey and is so happy to have finally found a pizza joint that serves quality pizza with thin, crispy crust and good flavor. A must try if you’re looking for good thin crust pizza!
