Was surprised that table service was below par. Multiple servers showed up at different times then we had to flag someone down. Luckily Max jumped in to save the day. We had to ask if we could order our main entrees now. Little surprised as I really like this restaurant and want to see it succeed. Hopefully an anomaly.
Food was astonishingly good. Ragu Bolognese was rich and delicious. Drinks were expensive. Service was slow as they are way understaffed. One bar person in total and one server for the whole back half of the restaurant on a Saturday night. Our young server was amazing, but there seemed to be other employees doing very little. Will return for the wonderful food and ambiance.
A great location in cap hill but was disappointed w the fact they were out of dishes on a friday night and the truffle pasta was pretty mediocre - honestly tasted like butter noodles. Service and vibe is good but pretty empty.
