I have to say the food is pretty good here you won’t be dissatisfied! Although they charge for extra sauce when they didn’t used to claim that people abused it so now they charge for extra sauce. How cheap do you have to be to charge for sauce?
The service is not too bad although when I was in one afternoon, a lady came in complaining about her order and the owner. I started arguing with her, making the situation, awkward and uncomfortable for me and I’m sure others as well. But I can only speak for myself actually that’s why I’m doing the review.
I can’t understand how business owners won’t treat their customers like family just be polite. Be nice and take care of your customers. It was unneeded and unnecessary to argue and create a stressful environment, for everyone. It just bothered me the when it all could’ve been Handled with kindness and understanding for the customers who keep that business running and pay their bills.

Nice people. Gross food. Honestly disgusting. The chicken teriyaki felt like something out of a frozen tv dinner. Under-cooked and rubbery.

An okay place... if you stick to Teriyaki, which tends to be pretty decent. I would not recommend getting their noodles or fried rice. They're either swimming in water or oil. Their noodles are often covered in copious amounts of seemingly raw garlic, as if the cook was attempting to make them so bad that you never order them again. Some dishes, like their orange chicken, are absolutely revolting as well.
If a cook doesn't know how to properly prepare certain items that's okay, but they need to learn how before serving them to customers.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere but they flip their containers upside down to conserve their food also I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was 16.99 and they gave me three shrimp.

The owner was super nice. We enjoyed a variety of foods. All were great. Very easy access from the light rail. We jumped off the train on our way to the airport. Worked perfectly as they were extremely quick. I understand they also have free parking.

They don't provide condiment bottles which is a deal breaker for me at a teriyaki joint. Ketchup packets of soy sauce and 2mg of hot sauce for 25 cents each does not work.
The prices were standard, but not for these small portions. And the food really was not good. I don't understand how a place can screw up making teriyaki in Seattle. There are plenty of places they could go see how it's generally done.

We love this place. Come in 2x a week. Service is always top notch. Hubby loves the Chicken Katsu & I get the pork teriyaki. Food quality/taste are consistent & portions are generous. Huge variety of cold drinks.
Very clean & inviting atmosphere.
Best part, I can walk right in & get my food. Free parking if you're driving & right off the Othello Light Rail Station.

Most things here are usually good despite being expensive. Tried the shrimp fried rice for the first time.
Idk what's worse: the fact there were only four pieces of shrimp in this shrimp fried rice, or that I couldn't even complain much because the shrimp was overcooked and tough. Either way, just stick to the katsu or the beef.
