I tried the Filipino food here (popup I believe). It was pretty good. The tofu sisig was delicious. The food could have been less oily. Dessert portion was tiny for a liquid pudding. Service was slow, and our table was forgotten a few times.
I went here after a long day at work with my dog, Penelope. They let me sit at a beautiful little table in the lobby area, brought my dog water as well as me. I got the smash burger and a beer on happy hour and it was literally one of the freshest, best burgers ever! Fresh bun, pickles, lettuce, onions and a Rainer beer served in a glass. The hostess was sooo sweet and so was the bartender that served us! I had to run to catch my shuttle, leaving half the beer, but it was wonderful! I will go back and definitely recommend!!
Nathan was the absolute best. When you’re having a girls night and want to have some fun you want Nathan to wait on you hands down. Smash burger rules also.
Good food and great service. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here.
Staying at Astra for a business trip and really enjoyed Optim Grill. I ordered the flat iron steak and had a happy hour beer. It's not a huge menu but they have a nice range of food options.
Great cocktails. Great Service. Nice location in SLU.

Jake is so great! He gave awesome, wholesome recommendations and knew the menu inside and out. Will come to Salo-Salo again for the spring menu.

We went here for the Salo Salo Filipino pop up at Otium. I got the pork belly and it was absolutely delicious!
