Many menu items were not available. Service was awful and slow. Cocktails were fantastic, but definitely not worth it in the big picture.

It was an incredibly good meal with excellent service. I really enjoined my clam bucatini and my no-proof cocktail. Also, the flourless chocolate cake with EVO and sea salt was out of the world. The muhajamara was also excellent. And I appreciated Giselle's welcome at the beginning and how she checked in with us at the end. On another note, the setting of this restaurant is pretty amazing. I loved the tree in the window. It was quite dramatic in the windstorm we had last night.

This dining experience was mixed. The wait staff person was very personable and friendly, however, she adamantly did not want us to order what we tried to order - a flatbread with burrata, lemon, pistachio pesto, arugula and mortadella - with the meat removed (e.g. mortadella). She insisted that the dish would be bland and flavorless without the meat and that she really did not want to put in the order. It was, frankly, one of the weirdest experiences I've had. I mean, it's Seattle, leaving some pork off a flatbread is not a particularly unusual request. And to say the dish would be awful without it seems odd, is the pistachio pesto, argula and lemon really flavorless? So weird. Most people who don't eat meat actually really like other flavors and vegetables. So, we ended up with the eggplant, calabrian chile, tomato, ricotta salata flatbread which was underwhelming - my friend found the chiles way too spicy and the eggplant was undercooked and unseasoned. TBH, other than the spicy hot chile, there wasn't a lot of flavor in this dish, so maybe the other flatbread is one note like that as well. The manager did remove the flatbread from the check (very nice!) and brought my friend a Caesar which was one of the best Caesar salads I've tasted. The asparagus and french fries were good as well, except the lemon aioli for the fries was quite bitter and tasted mostly of lemon zest and pith. They didn't have any plain aioli. Overall, we agreed we'd try it again as a lot of places have an off night and order different dishes.

We decided to dine at Marin's because it was in the Kimpton Monaco Hotel in Seattle where we stayed. The restaurant was clean, nicely appointed decor with comfortable seating. The server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. My husband, daughter and I greatly enjoyed the menu selection. The food was served quickly and was hot! It isn't the cheapest restaurant, but in downtown Seattle that was prior to the course. We had breakfast at Marin's the next morning, and would dine there again if in the area.

The food was good, a bit too salty for my palette. The wait staff was lovely. The restaurant has the feel unfortunately of being in a hotel lobby. I know it's adjacent, but it needs a bit more attention to atmosphere.

This spot feels like it's right on the cusp of becoming something really great, but still has a few kinks to iron out. The drinks were creative and well done, and the menu offers a nice variety of proteins along with vegetarian options. The space itself is bright and inviting, and the service was attentive, even though it wasn't too busy. For the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The fish and chips unfortunately had a burnt taste to the breading that wasn't appealing. For the steak frites, the steak was tasty but had some gristle that distracted from the overall experience. The highlight was probably the pita bread appetizer with a trio of sauces. It came with a red pepper sauce that was absolutely delicious, a tzatziki sauce that was equally as good and a garlicky hummus that I'd buy from them if they sold it. All this to say, the potential is definitely there to be a better restaurant. It needs a little refining to match the inviting atmosphere and creative bar program.

Surprised that the establishment was so big and so empty. Excellent food but a bit slow. Bathroom is hard to find in the hotel

My friends and I picked this for lunch as we saw a 20% off promo - the food and ambience were great, the service was a little bit slow, and that is tough when you are dining midday during a lunch break!

All five of us enjoyed our cocktails and meals. Our server was excellent on all fronts. She was engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. Although it was good for us as it enabled us to easily visit without background noise, the restaurant was relatively empty. Such a nice space, with quality food and service should be packed. Go. You will enjoy the experience.

Rushed/poor/inattentive service and food was quite mediocre, served lukewarm. Multiple members of party had to send food back though chef was nice about why the quality wasn't up to par. Would go anywhere else but not here again.
