This dining experience was mixed. The wait staff person was very personable and friendly, however, she adamantly did not want us to order what we tried to order - a flatbread with burrata, lemon, pistachio pesto, arugula and mortadella - with the meat removed (e.g. mortadella). We decided to dine at Marin's because it was in the Kimpton Monaco Hotel in Seattle where we stayed. The restaurant was clean, nicely appointed decor with comfortable seating. The server was friendly, prompt, and attentive. My husband, daughter and I greatly enjoyed the menu selection. The food was served quickly and was hot!
