Our server was pretty good, fun and polite. We were very unimpressed with the food. Did not like the flavors, at all. It seemed like a sub par panda express, just in restaurant form. That will be my last visit to this chain. I recommend go and try something new.

Really tasty food, worth checking out. I would love to have this chain in Canada! Service was quick and friendly, the food was tasty! We showed up a little late to be seated but the staff didnt hurry us and remained cordial. Very much appreciated. :)

Wasn't feeling extremely hungry & wanted to eat something light & decide to pick up something on the way. Encountered P F Chang's & decided to hop in & ask for options for take out. The friendly stewardess gave me a couple of options & also suggested me if I would be interested in the kids menu. Great suggestion, I picked up a Kids Fried Rice with Chicken & Egg tossed in Soy sauce. She even offered a free drink & I picked a lemonade with ice. The food was still warm when I reached my hotel & was excellent. Beautiful Chinese Soy flavours, great chicken slices, spiced just right. Quantity was slightly more for a kids portion, but hey whose complaining. If such a simple dish is so delicious, am sure their rest of the menu is wonderful as well. Definitely coming back for their yellow curry or maybe the Kung Pao.

P.F Chang's has always been one of my "go to" restaurants when I visit the states. I have ate at several different locations in a few different states. I've never had any real complaints until this past Friday night. Alexis was our server in the lounge/bar area. Alexis was very slow at getting back to our table and when she did the 6-8 rounds of drinks were not delivered for another good 10 minutes. At one point she sent over a cook that was walking by to ask us if we would like another round. For food, we had an appetizer, main and dessert with something wrong with every course. The appetizer did not come with the sauce we asked for and we never received new plates or cutlery for our main. For dinner we ordered chicken and rice. The chicken showed up 15 minutes before the rice did. Alexis did us a "favor" by not charging us for one of the desserts as it was not "fresh" and she was able to give it to us for free. Alexis has single-handedly lost my loyal business.
