Very disappointed with this place. I only found out about their hidden 3% “surcharge” when I specifically asked for a printed receipt. It’s not mentioned upfront, not on the menu, not on the bill shown before payment — only buried at the bottom of the printed copy. This feels deceptive and disrespectful to customers.

If a restaurant wants to charge extra, they should be transparent about it. Sneaking in fees after the fact is not acceptable. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty.

As ever, the food and drink were great. Our favorite Sunday night spot. Strange that service was so inattentive. Chips and guacamole never came before the meal. Never an offer for another drink. Seemed to forget a simple request for hot sauce. Hope it was a fluke

Visited this place on a Saturday night for some Mexican comfort, and it was absolutely packed—with a pretty long wait. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and sets the tone for a great meal.

We started with the loaded nachos, which were outstanding—honestly some of the best I’ve had. The generous portion of pickled peppers added the perfect kick. Loved every bite.

Next came the squash enchiladas, and wow—these were exceptional. Easily the finest butternut squash enchiladas I’ve tasted. It truly feels like the chef put serious thought into curating the ingredients. Not something you usually expect at a regular restaurant—absolutely mouthwatering.

The fall croquetta looked amazing on the menu, but the cranberry sauce leaned a bit too heavy for my palate. Would I recommend it? Maybe—but it might not be for everyone.

The Hongos Asados taco was also packed with flavor and made for a hearty, satisfying bite.

On the flip side, the churros were a major disappointment. Extremely heavy on cinnamon and lacking the fresh, balanced flavor of good street-style churros. Even paired with the chocolate sauce, it was a no-go for me.

Prices fall in the $$–$$$ range—but honestly, what’s cheap in Seattle anymore? If you’re vegetarian, options are fairly limited to what I ordered, so keep that in mind.

Book ahead and give it a try!

My friend and I thought the temperature was a bit chilly, and the lights a bit too dim, but other than that everything was great. Service and food were great, and we will be back!

The food and drinks are delicious, and the ambiance is great. However, the service here was atrocious tonight. The server refused to give us menus or take our order fast enough for us to get happy hour, despite us getting there 15 minutes before it ended. Then they took forever taking our order, and even longer to get us the check, when it was very obvious that we were trying to leave. Then the waiter stared me down when I went to leave a tip, so felt pressured to at least choose one of the available options, but the minimum was 20%! It's a shame it was such a bad experience, because I love the tacos and the margaritas

Their Baja fish tacos are my favorite! The location, service, athletics and food are amazing! They also have a great happy hour menu!

Really good food. Service was nice as well. Thought prices were more affordable than your typical, similar Mexican restaurant that feels more upscale!

I loved this place for years. It was my go to brunch spot. It’s still fine but they changed the carnitas hash which was the best dish on the menu. We drove 20 minutes practically every week for it but don’t go anymore. Really not sure why they would remove such a popular item. If they bring it back we will become loyal customers again.

I used to come here a lot and it was pretty good. Not the last few trips. Now food quality has gone down and prices have jumped more than other restaurants. The last few trips have been insanely overpriced while the food was not that great ($87 w trip for two small and very below average brunch plates with no alcohol or starters). Seattle is generally overpriced but Pablo y Pablo is even more so. I will be going to other places for better food - they need to step up their game if they want to charge that much.

They were awesome ! on Friday night with traffic we were running late and they held our table for an extra 15 minutes! Food and atmosphere was awesome!

The food was fine (though on the pricer side for tacos), but the service was awful. It was not our server's fault; the restaurant only had two staff working on a very busy Sunday evening. Our server was overworked and handling tables and take out orders, which ultimately left us waiting 45+ minutes between receiving our entrees and any sort of attention after despite repeated attempts to flag someone down. We had hoped to order more drinks and/or dessert, but we opted to leave instead. We will probably not be back, unfortunately.

Food was decent, but the service was terrible. It was not the server's fault - there were 2 people staffing the entire restaurant on a busy Sunday evening. The food came out relatively quickly, but we waited 45 minutes before the server came over again, as they were dealing with the other tables as well as take out orders. We had hoped to order more drinks and/or dessert, but we did not want to wait again, so we paid the bill and left. We left very disappointed.

My wife and I's review from a Saturday Brunch at 11: * Food - quite good. Horchata was S-tier according to my wife. * Food service time - good, the food came out quickly after we ordered. * Music - Too loud and varied (loud songs with no cross fading so the place went from LOUD to quiet and then back to LOUD over and over) and then the bathrooms felt 3x louder than the main dining area. * Staff - Friendly, but seemed too thinly staffed (one front of house, one waiter and one busser). We had to wait >10 minutes from when we were done eating to get offered to close out and then the one waiter took 5-10 more minutes to get us our to-go boxes and ring us up as they had so many other tables to serve.

Typically just stop for regular street tacos, i was in a bit of a hurry and only ended up getting 2 thing and a drink.
The pineapple mule was delicious, I had the taquitos which came topped with a bunch of guacamole, delicious.. To not betray the taco review. We got the carnitas taco, it was also really good.
Ima need to come back and take advantage of that Triple T happy hour deal.
