Pagliacci is a great local business with good food and exceptional customer service. The Greenwood staff is always so warm, welcoming, and efficient, and we’re glad their our neighborhood store. As New Yorkers, we’re grateful for the pizza and service. Arguably the top chain in Seattle. Also, the sides and salads are bomb. Thanks, Pags.

You know... It's the Seattle standard.
Some of the kids at the junction location can be a little entitled, but there are also some kids that are 80's level customer service and really make you feel cared for.
It might be my favorite Smegliacci... Not my favorite pizza, it's not moto.... But it's one of the best simple quick slices on the West Coast. It's a true NYC slice... But with Seattle style.

They are delicious but the customer service is bad, they didn't want to sell me a soda, I can't believe it 😱 and so I had to eat, the cashier was rude and at the same time he charged me for two pizzas 😅 but it was funny

It’s been a while since I have came here and now I remember why. I ordered the seasonal Summer Heirloom pizza and they gave me regular tomatoes and the pizza was undercooked. Disappointed again. Won’t be coming back. Compare what I got to what is shown on their website.
Do not go here if poor
This is definitely one of my favorite pizza places in the area. We ordered the artichoke, mushroom, and sausage with roasted garlic. It couldn't have been more delicious!
We live five minutes away, but we were tired, so we decided to order delivery.
Please beware: delivery is an extra 25% charge and you are still asked to tip the driver. Our $25 pizza would have been over $35 when it was all said and done.
The pizza was excellent, though a little pricey, and we'll be going there again soon, but please stop gouging your customers on delivery; this could have been a five-star review.

some of the best pizza ive ever eaten
Good pizza at an ok price. The place holds a lot of nostalgia for me personally, but I still go out of my way to eat here when possible.
It was a to-go large cheese, i showed up late for it and they reheated it for me super quick. Great vibe, great people working there and great pizza! Local staple for a reason

Thank you very much for the great service today!
Good place to stop and grab a quick slice or 2!
The pizza tasted great, the dough was super soft. You will really enjoy the pizza.
Love pags, love their dressing iykyk… love the ambiance and the setting. Plus after go to chucks hop shop for some fresh brews and good company. My only gripe with this location is is they don’t store the orders above the over, so my pizza was a bit cold. I’m sure with better timing and a third eye to see traffic I coulda planned better but alas we can’t all be wizards.
If you went out for a walk with your child and didn't take your wallet with you, but you have cash - you will still go hungry, because this dump doesn't accept it.
