I just ordered from Pagliacci Pizza and the driver SCREAMED at me because he couldn’t find my apartment. I went outside to meet him, and he was not only on the wrong street, but he was on the backside of the building. I waved him down after I found him, and he slammed the pizza into my chest, pointed his finger in my face, and screamed at me that I’m lucky he has a family to support, otherwise I would be very sorry for the trouble I caused him??This isn’t the first time that an unhinged driver has delivered from the store. About 10 years ago, I had another very alarming incident. When I posted about it, the manager reached out to me, demanded that I take down my post, and sent me a gift certificate for $25 - which wasn’t even enough for a large pizza at the time.Pagliacci, you need to do better. This is terrifying. I’m a single 5’ tall 100 lb. woman

I’ve been to a handful of Pagliacci locations in the Seattle area. I was near this one recently and decided to stop in.I had problems even before I got into the restaurant. There is little to absolutely no parking around the restaurant. It took me about 10 minutes to even find a spot, and it wasn’t even near the building. After finally entering the place, I was not greeted or acknowledged for several minutes. It wasn’t until I waved my hand that someone came up to help me, and it was barely busy. The restaurant itself is extremely small. It can hold maybe 12 people sitting down max, and half of the seats were taken when I arrived.Despite arriving on-time to pick up my pizza, they said it wouldn’t be done for another 10 minutes! I understand if they had a lot of online orders, but there were several people working in the kitchen. This was also towards 3pm, which is usually not a busy time. The cherry on top was seeing an employee cough into their hands and then proceed not to wash them and continue working.Pizza was good when I finally got it, but you have to go out of your way for this location.

Great neighborhood pizza joint, especially if you want something affordable but quality. They have pizza by the slice, and whole pies. There is a lot more variety in the whole pizza pie menu. I tried two different "by the slice" options. Both were pretty good, and size was decent. My only suggestion would be to add vegan options in the "by the slice" menu. The atmosphere is like a well-lit neighborhood bar, with a TV and nice seating. Service is quick and friendly. No complaints. Overall, good pizza place for a quick bite or to get a nice pie to-go.

This review applies 2 both CapitolHill & Sammamish. My husband and I visited CapitolHill this past Saturday afternoon and then we visited Sammamish last nite (Tues) - 2 locations within 4 daze?!?! We ordered the exact same 3 pizzas (smalls) both times. Flawlessly identical! PAGLIACCI is a sleek-positively-vibed-well-oiled machine. We have lived in Snoqualmie for 5 years from SanDiego & we had been passing by the CapitolHill locale once a month on "salon day" @ Bowie which is a short stroll away. The staff treated us like rock stars knowing it was our maiden-voyage-visit. They have a coupla rotating specialty pizzas. We fell madly&deeply in love w/ thePEACHZA PRIMO: thinly sliced peaches/roasted pork loin/balsamic drizzle/arugula tossed in olive oil and sea salt. YUMMY!!! Also, best veggie pizza of our lives and perhaps best pepperoni of our lives. So many scattered locations (21) - seemed like both places had mostly regulars who engaged in spirited exchanges w/ staff as they awaited their full pies.Definitely set aside some time, this is not some "churn&burn" chain pizza. Also, eating everything freshly outta the brick oven in the dining room is my humble advice. There must B something unicorn-like going on WI their breadsticks?!?! We R totally gonna give those breadsticks a whirl the next time plan 2 create a massive Italian feast in my own kitchen. Salads looked substantial. Also available: calzones/ pastas/cookies/gelato/etcetera.Bottled MexicanCoke&Sprite/ OrangeFanta soda-pops sure make pizza taste even better plus root beer/ flavored SanPellegrino/cream soda/ ginger beer... Off-the-beaten-track beer&wine options. PizzaByTheSlice seems 2 fly outta the door. Pleeze clickon their website and behold: about a billion types of pizza 4 y'all 2 choose from - really JUST 29 and that is a heckuva lot in my book. Lastly, this place ain't cheap. Grand example of:UGetWhatUPay4... BRAVO!!!

We are big fans of Pagliacci Pizza and do takeouts from this location or the one in Madison Park. If you want to eat-in, though this location is small AND high school students hang out there and not much space other then them. The service is fine, I prefer to go to the Madison park location for eat-ins.Delivery and pickup are fine. The reason for 4 star is Pagliacci's pizza menu is somewhat limited although their seasonal pizzas are excellent and we like its philosophy and the fact it is local.

What can I say? It's the closest thing to a Brooklyn style pizza crossed with a deep dish and splash of California kitchen. It's
