Best Local Pizza! I now only order in. I prefer to tip the driver when the pizza arrives, so the driver left my pizza on the front desk of my building getting cold. Other than that one bad experience all probably 50 plus experiences were great but no more delivery.

We ate at the Bellevue restaurant! We are truck drivers and go all over the country. This is the BEST Pizza we have ever had! We ordered the Agog Primo with roasted garlic. The crust was perfect crispy and light! BRAVO!! 5 Stars

Solid pizza! Tasty and love that they have slices to go. Plain was really good, and they had this seasonal peach arugula ham and balsamic one, delicious and very filling.

Pizza was yum yum but they forgot my hot honey which is honestly the worst type of pizza crime. But did I eat all my pizza? Yes. Was it delicious? Yes. Better not forgot my hot honey next time 😠.

During my trip to Seattle, I made it a point to try a few of the city's well-known pizza spots, and Pagliacci Pizza in Capitol Hill was one of the top choices. This place is a local classic, and after sampling a handful of other spots, I can confidently say it’s definitely worth checking out. Pagliacci has multiple locations around the city.

The Capitol Hill location has a relaxed vibe—nothing too fancy, but it has that “neighborhood pizza joint” energy. It’s a great spot to grab a slice and hang out, or even just swing by for a quick takeout order if you’re on the go. The staff were friendly and quick. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable, whether you're stopping by for a solo slice or grabbing a whole pizza to share with friends.

Let’s talk about the pizza. The crust is the perfect balance of chewy and crispy—just the way you want it. It’s not too thick, but it holds up well to the toppings. The sauce has a nice depth to it without being overpowering. I tried a couple of different slices, and each one had its own charm. The flavors were well-balanced, with fresh ingredients.

Pagliacci Pizza is definitely a spot worth hitting if you’re in Seattle.Would I go back— sure. It’s a reliable option that’s perfect for a quick bite or a chill pizza night.

Yesterday I had the good fortune to take the delivery of pies which were given free of cost for the St James Church kitchen.
This is not a oneoff, the Pagliacci owners have been doing this for many years.
I pray that God's blessings are always with them and their family..

Stopped in here after our recommended pizza place was closed, and we were not disappointed. Staff was engaging and friendly and the pizzas were delicious, even with my daughter's challenging allergies and requests. Thank you!
