Really good service and the pizza was tasty. Everything came out quickly, too.

We got a couple slices and drinks. The crust had a nice texture. It was almost crispy but not exactly. Tasty slices!

LOVED...loved, loved this pizza joint! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time eating here and I'll never forget this place. The food was delicious and easy to order. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. I ordered the veggie pizza and added pepperoni, the pizza was very delicious. The breadsticks were on the thicker side with the bread but still delicious. Lots of pop culture art on its walls are pretty awesome.

One star for yummy flavor, one star for nice people, lack of another three stars for pitifully floppy unerect performance. What the heck, Pagliacci? I've been a loyal customer for literally thirty years this March, since I arrived in Seattle. Thank you for providing vegan options, as so many of us have made the switch. My pizza this evening had a super thin and floppy base. The crust was the same wonderful crust. I had to fold each slice to eat it, otherwise it was so very floppy. The flavor was still wonderful. First time having a vegan version. But I expect consistency. Not ready to give you up. I will ask for a refund if delicious but half-base crust floppy pizza is delivered to me again, and then will have to give you up. After a very long three decade run. What happened? I hope it was just a novice hire in the kitchen. This is such an expensive bummer. I don't understand. First inkling of a solid relationship almost unforgivably failing. How much more can I say to communicate that you were half of your usual self, and lost that lovin feeling. I may have to leave you. Is Seattle getting pricier in nearly every regard, but also less than before? This disappointment reminds me of old boyfriends in bed, who finally admitted that they are gay. And what Seattle is becoming, more money, less itself. Please change back, both of you, the city and the pizza.

The service was alright but man the pizza is bad. When I lifted my slice to eat it drooped straight downwards like wet spaghetti. The toppings slid off. I thought they were playing a joke on me or something, but nope that's just how they do their pizza.

Pagliacci is always reliable and good. I usually dine in for a few quick slices. They always have a few choices ready to go.The staff is always pleasant and attentive as well.Whether I dine in or do get delivery/take out I know what I’m going to get. The pizza never tastes off. The consistency is always on point.A go-to pizza place to rely on.

There are a lot of good pizza places in Seattle and Pagliacci's has a lot of good tradition in the area for being a solid pizza. Overall, it is good but by the slice is okay compared to other choices.

The customer service on the phone is dynamic even if you are just asking a question. They are customer service driven not because they have to be but because they want to be. I called the wrong location and even that gentleman was SO nice I wanted to buy a pizza from him but where I was at, at the moment was out of delivery range.I am particular about how I like my pizza cooked. I do not like it soggy (especially the bottom) and I told them and they assured me that if it didn't come out the way that I liked it that they would put notes in the computer so that when I ordered next time that they would get it right. Nothing is perfect but it did come out good still and I did enjoy it and I appreciate that they cared enough to take notes. The pasta I ordered was smaller than I liked but we made it work.I would definitely order from this place again if I am in range. Good Customer Service goes a loooooong ways people❣️and good pizza ? too??

Good place for slices and more, good vibe. Pepperoni pizza actually has lots of pepperoni, unlike Iain's which charges $6.50 for cheese pizza with three small pepperoni slices and calls it a pepperoni slice. Only problem is parking, but hey, it's Capitol Hill, parking sucks here in general.
