🍕 Pagliacci Pizza – The Centioli is a Must-Try! I recently visited Pagliacci Pizza and was reminded why they're a true Seattle institution. While their standard New York-style thin-crust pies are excellent, the dish that truly showcases their quality and unique identity is their signature Centioli pizza. This isn't your standard Italian pizza; it's a fantastic, savory, local creation. The Centioli features a delightful super-thin crust that is perfectly crisp. It’s topped not with tomato sauce, but with a beautiful, aromatic base of olive oil and fresh garlic, beautifully brightened by fresh parsley. I added sausage. Perfect.

It's decent pizza. Friendly atmosphere. Quick service. The tomato sauce feels slightly too acidic, I would consider finding a way to balance this. It probably affects some but not all people.
Good salad options. The seating layout is good, and they have parking out back.

Has fallen off recently. Food being prepared poorly. Pizza cold when picking up right on schedule.
Pizza was pretty good! Made a trip up from Tacoma with a buddy as an excuse to take the bikes out and I was pleasantly surprised. We have some really excellent pizza locally and this place was perfectly on par with them. The margherita pizza was shockingly good for basically bread, cheese, sauce and basil and I was definitely very happy with it, along with the perfectly greasy pepperoni pizza. The crust was the perfect thickness and texture on both and the dough had just the right amount of snap and crunch to it. Great spot, I'll definitely be visiting again.

I’ve been ordering from them for 15 years and noticed last night I pay twice as much and get half the topping previously on The Brooklyn Bridge. Another negative last night was the packaged Parmesan cheese. Who knows how old that is versus the cups supplied last month?!
Why spend $55 ?!

This is our favorite pizza in west Seattle. We get delivery a couple times a month and it's always delivered fresh and hot within the time provided on the app. My favorites are a simple sausage pizza, the fresh veggie, and the tricolore combo. I also love their seasonal pesto pasta.

Me and a good friend shared a large pizza and split the order into half meat half veggie (PSR combo and The Rocket). The meats, cheese and arugula along with the thick crust made all the flavors come together. Expect up to an hour for delivery for busy holiday weekends but it's worth the wait.
