Unfortunately, this location doesn’t use the standard pizza ovens anymore. They use more energy efficient conveyor belt type ovens and the pizza is cooked very differently. It is not at all “Pagliacci Pizza” but something else entirely. We stopped going to this location, which is too bad because it used to be our favorite.

The employees were nice, restaurant was clean...giving a minus 1 star for not taking cash. Getting tired of businesses in Seattle not taking cash. Don't have this issue up North. And we definitely get robbed up North as well.

Best pizza I’ve found in Seattle so far. Sometimes the crust isn’t cooked to well done even when you specify so that can be frustrating, but overall they seem to use good quality, fresh and tasty ingredients. The croutons in the Caesar salad were delicious and seemed to be homemade.

It was pretty busy when trying to order today. Usually a great spot, probably just busy for the summer.
Took 40+ minutes on a Monday night to get 2 basic medium pizzas. People who came after us left and got their food before us. The music was also super loud. My husband and I had to practically yell at each other to have a conversation. Only 1 guy making pizzas, one guy manning the register and 3 other employees just loafing around in the back.

Grabbed a slice from here for lunch that tasted and smelled of rancid oil to the point of being unpalatable and literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure what was going on, I can't say I've ever had pizza that tasted like that. Maybe the baked to order pies are better?
