Flawless execution of the craft.
Single slice dinner. Easy and quick.
This is my local Paggliacci and I love this place. We order our pizzas for family and parties regularly from here. Never been disappointed with the food or had a bad experience with the staff. They once even gave me three slices for free (!!!) when I realized that I needed to get some plain cheese pizza for a couple of kids who were joining us at an party. It doesn’t sound like much, but every dollar counts these days and it is much appreciated by our family. Great quality pizza and good people running the show. What else could you ask for in a pizza place?
Pizza pizza
Got some pizzas and salad to go. It was actually really good. The tomato sauce reminds me of the pizza I had in Naples. The salad was great!
Severely disappointing. Tried a pretty wide range of the menu. 3 different slices of pizza, bread sticks, pasta. None of it very good. Biggest issue is it was just bland. No seasoning at all in the dough. The only thing that tasted any different was this one slice that apparently had hot sauce and honey on it? It just tasted like spicy ketchup. Worst though was the pasta came out burnt. Makes sense considering we waited 20 minutes for it to come out.
The only upside really in all of this was the cashier seemed pleasant.
Unfortunately, this wasn't a good first place to eat moving to Seattle and probably a waste of $40
Pizza by the slice! My favorite.
I took home the pizza. So hot it steamed up my car. Crust good the next day.
Love the slice options they have. Always hot and great service and a clean atmosphere.
Pretty good food, love the hot honey.

Great customer service and great food as usual.
Pepperoni pizza looks like a cheese pizza that was made adjacent to a pepperoni pizza and a few migrated over 👎
did not like the service. the person who was handling the food was rushing even when the restaurant was empty and gave me small slices. so why am i paying 10 dollars when typically hand out decent portions?
As many of you know, Pagliacci has been a Seattle icon for many decades. What you get from that kind of legacy is classics, and not trendsetting. That is what I found on my recent visit. I had 2 guests, and we all had the pizza by the slice. I had a vegetarian version with spinach, sundried tomatoes and feta, as well as the chicken, bacon ranch. Both were very good. The crust and sauce is how I judge a pizza, I would give the crust a 7/10 and the sauce the same, it had just enough bite, chewiness, and the sauce had just enough zest and peppiness. Not outstanding, but very good. I think to be fair, next time I will order a whole pie to try something less mainstream.
i ordered a small olive pizza with no sauce, it took forever to come, but when it finally came, it had no olives :(( it took forever AGAIN but when the olived pizza came it was SO good i fear. the caeser salad was really great too.
