Paju offers a compact menu executed wonderfully, with dishes like seafood pancake and bulgogi quinoa bowl receiving praise. The restaurant provides excellent Korean cuisine, with dishes like sujebi and bulgogi standing out. Customers enjoyed splitting appetizers and larger dishes, such as daisy salad, bulgogi, and fried rice, with bingsu for dessert. The seafood jeon (seafood pancake) okonomiyaki style was really great, and the whole branzino cooked over wood fire was so yummy, served with tiny delicious banchan. The grilled fish and oxtail seaweed wrap were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The open kitchen concept is amazing, and the ambiance is calm and quiet, making it an ideal spot for dating. A stylish Korean fusion restaurant, Paju features creative dishes like the mushroom covered in shaved cheese and the refreshing yellow tail starter. Overall, a really nice experience, especially with a reservation as the restaurant fills up quickly.
The updated menu includes amazing fusion dishes that are greatly enjoyed, except for the kimchi pancake. The service can be slow at times. The bibimbap is perfectly flavored and seasoned, making it a popular healthy lunch option. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, with the owner Bill creating a great energy. Paju is a top choice for both everyday meals and special occasions, with the flavors and textures of the dishes, such as the yellowtail, chips and dip, cauliflower, and bingsu, being transcendent.
