Paju offers a compact menu executed wonderfully, with dishes like seafood pancake and bulgogi quinoa bowl receiving praise. The service, while good, lacked proactive measures like asking about allergies. The restaurant provides excellent Korean cuisine, with dishes like sujebi and bulgogi standing out. The clean interior and friendly staff add to the dining experience. Customers enjoyed splitting appetizers and larger dishes, such as daisy salad, bulgogi, and fried rice, with bingsu for dessert. The seafood jeon (seafood pancake) okonomiyaki style was really great, and the whole branzino cooked over wood fire was so yummy, served with tiny delicious banchan. The grilled fish and oxtail seaweed wrap were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The open kitchen concept is amazing, and the ambiance is calm and quiet, making it an ideal spot for dating. A stylish Korean fusion restaurant tucked away in the Amazon office area, Paju features creative dishes like the mushroom covered in shaved cheese and the refreshing yellow tail starter. The HH olives were delicious, and the Jasmine Spritz was a bit diluted but still great. Overall, a really nice experience, especially with a reservation as the restaurant fills up quickly.
