Truly an amazing night with my mom! We chose the 5:15 chefs table and had such a wonderful night. We got tea, the HH olives (delicious and a big bowl), the yellow tail starter was the STAR so delicious and refreshing, the seafood jeon (seafood pancake) okonomiyaki style was really great, the mushroom was incredible and super rich absolutely covered in shaved cheese and finally the whole branzino was so so yummy! It was cooked over wood fire in front of us and served with tiny delicious banchan. Such a lovely night.
A stylish Korean fusion restaurant tucked away in the Amazon office area. The menu features creative dishes I haven’t seen anywhere else—everything felt unique and thoughtfully crafted. My favorites were the grilled fish and the oxtail seaweed wrap, both full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance is calm and quiet, making it an ideal spot for dating.
This was my favorite restaurant in Seattle when it was in Queen Anne. I recently visited the SLU location for the first time. The food is still above average, but the warmth and charm are gone. Unfriendly staff and a factory-like vibe make it nothing like the Paju I once loved. Sadly, I won’t be back and can’t recommend it anymore.
The open kitchen concept is amazing and loved every single bite of food we had!! Only complaint would be the Jasmine Spritz being a bit too diluted, nonetheless, still great!
Good lunch menu
Nice restaurant and the service was top notch. Food was excellent. Try the ribeye, grilled octopus, wedge salad.
Came mid-week with a large group with advanced reservation.
What a great spot to have in SLU! The food is exceptional, great portions, and packed with flavor.
Phenomenal experience! I'd recommend EVERYONE who's visiting Seattle or living there. I was visiting Seattle, and found this place on google map for a quick lunch. I ordered Seolleongtang (ox bone soup). That was one of the best Seolleongtangs I've ever had in my life (including my experience in Korea). Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I'd definitely visit Paju again!
First time dining here and the service was pretty good and food was tasty. We started off with a glass of makgeolli and it was a pretty decent pour for $9. For dinner, we ordered the little gem, beef tartare, octopus, cauliflower, and fried rice.
Definitely skip the little gem - the lettuce didn’t taste fresh at all and it was overdressed
I’d come back for the octopus and cauliflower - both dishes where the main ingredient was the star and everything else on the plate complemented it.
Beef tartare was ok. Beautiful presentation but the smoked cheese overpowered the beef. I wanted to taste the beef more.
Paju fried rice was a bit of a letdown. It was unique but taste wasn’t anything to rave about. It could’ve used some protein in it.

Creative food, superbly prepared. The mixed cultural influences were impressive and our entire table really enjoyed all of the plates.

Inspired by the Korean culinary docuseries "Culinary class wars," we finally decided to try Paju, and it did not disappoint! After struggling to get a reservation at their Queen Anne location, we were excited to visit this new, more spacious venue. The ambiance is modern and open, making it a comfortable spot for a nice night out.
Service was fantastic, and honestly, I don’t understand some of the mixed reviews—our experience was excellent! Paju offers a unique, elevated take on Korean cuisine. It’s not strictly traditional, but it doesn’t go fully “fusion” either, like some other spots (Revel/Joule). And no, it is not your regular Lynwood/Shoreline korean restaurant, so don't expect ultra traditional food. Each dish brings something fresh to the table while staying true to Korean flavors.
The fried rice was hands-down the standout, but everything we tried was delicious. Since it’s an upscale Korean restaurant, portions are on the smaller side. We ordered one dish per person and one dessert, which turned out to be the right amount—I wish I’d saved more room for dessert as the one we had was delicious. Cocktails were delicious and with a twist as well.
Overall, Paju is an exciting option for anyone looking for refined Korean flavors with a modern twist. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu! Don't be discouraged by the other reviews just come with the right expectation, it's not a big portion traditional korean restaurant!

A lovely fine dining twist on Korean style quisine. Blooming with flavor and unique but palatable textures. The octopus is absolutely a chef's kiss. The Korean Bolognese is so delicious as well as the seafood Jeon that we got. Both are shared plates but each is definitely enough for one person. When it comes to the drinks the snow bird is definitely my favorite drink of choice hands down followed by the Autumn. Over all, Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back!

I almost let the recent reviews left on this place get to me and I’m so glad I didn’t. I had an amazing experience here and would rate it as one of my top 10 best food experiences I’ve ever had.
To start, the host was extremely accommodating. I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date and despite this she was able to get us a spot at the bar. She even made an effort to get us a table if one cleared up! (Though my gf and I declined as we were having a great time at the bar and were happy as long as we had food). This leads me into my next point. The bartender David was amazing! He provided great recommendations and delivered amazing service.
Most importantly… the food! The flavors and textures of every dish created a rollercoaster of emotions for our tastebuds. We had the oysters, yellowtail, bugak, and seafood jeon. The oysters were fresh and delicious, but the other dishes were the most impressive.
The atmosphere is quite nice as well, perfect for a night out or date night.
Dont sleep on this place Seattle!
