Truly an amazing night with my mom! We chose the 5:15 chefs table and had such a wonderful night. We got tea, the HH olives (delicious and a big bowl), the yellow tail starter was the STAR so delicious and refreshing, the seafood jeon (seafood pancake) okonomiyaki style was really great, the mushroom was incredible and super rich absolutely covered in shaved cheese and finally the whole branzino was so so yummy! A stylish Korean fusion restaurant tucked away in the Amazon office area. The menu features creative dishes I haven’t seen anywhere else—everything felt unique and thoughtfully crafted. My favorites were the grilled fish and the oxtail seaweed wrap, both full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance is calm and quiet, making it an ideal spot for dating.
This was my favorite restaurant in Seattle when it was in Queen Anne. I recently visited the SLU location for the first time. The food is still above average, but the warmth and charm are gone. Unfriendly staff and a factory-like vibe make it nothing like the Paju I once loved. Sadly, I won’t be back and can’t recommend it anymore.
