Came for lunch. Ordered the chicken fettuccine.. it was pretty bland. No salt. No pepper no season. And the sauce was like water. The waitress was nice and the place had a nice feel to it. Food wasn’t good though

Over the course of about three years my wife and I have had many meals and all were great. First couple we had pasta dishes then we ordered pizza delivery about three times and most recently dined in for pizza. The space is really cozy the staff is kind and personable which I love and food is great. Gem of a place! Love it!

Nice place, and the woman waiting tables was so very sweet. The food is very tasty, and best of all the prices are actually very nice! Entrees start at like 10$ during lunch, and the breadsticks are the best I've ever had. I can't think of a better, or more affordable pizza place in the area.

Just revisited Palermo with a family group for lunch. Thank you for the vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. We had at least one of each. My daughter was impressed that her sandwich that was supposed to come on a roll, actually came on a very nice roll, not a couple of small slices of Gluten Free bread. We had a nice time, good service, and good food.

Ordered online. One item was a pizza for someone who also has dairy allergies. We did a build your own pie and only asked for goat cheese. They delivered with mozzarella. When we asked for them to correct the order they said it was our fault because every Pizza comes with mozzarella despite us not asking for it on the build your own option. It was a $30 pizza.

First visit with mom around September 2023, she ordered the tri color tortellini was tasty good, and I ordered a hot Italian sandwich was good light taste just right, last a green salad with olive oil. Coffee was flavor excellent, went back the second time was not a good experience, ordered the tri color tortellini, was to salty, and the Italian hot sandwich had way to much mozzarella and sandwich stuck to the napkin( the sandwich was placed on top of napkin) the Coffee was not favorable this time more like water down ( yes I like Coffee) the salad had to much balsamic on it tried to tell the waiterss but I guess she was tired. The owner was not there the second time there, but was the first time abd made sure everything was good and talked with customers. So it may be awhile before my family goes there to eat.

By far the best gluten free pizza I've had in Seattle. It's crisp but still soft, has good flavor and doesn't fall apart. It even held up for hours and didn't get soggy! As a newly and relectuently gluten-free person, I highly recomend their gluten-free! 10/10Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free crust!
