We had a reservation for 5:00 on a Sunday, not particularly busy, but had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seated. Then it was quite awhile before we were greeted by several or given water. Again not sure why since it wasn't that busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff. The waiter was friendly and pretty good after initial wait, and the food was outstanding!
Disappointed to not have a seat with much view. Good was pretty good. The lobster bisque was fantastic! Overall the place quite dated decor-wise.
Surprisingly the service was not what it usually is. We had a party of 9 for mom's bday. Service was slow and we were not looked after well throughout the whole meal. We had to flag down our waiter multiple times. The man that brought out our food took more care than the server. We had to ask for bread. Entrees took quite awhile to come out. Also our food did not come out all together. Two people's entrees arrived a good 5+ minutes later. My sea bass seemed to have been under a heat lamp for a bit. Definitely not our usual experience here.
I made requests to Palisade specific to the event and they came through amazingly! I will most definitely be revisiting Palisade again in the near future.
Wonderful dining experience! Celebrated an anniversary milestone. Staff was attentive from the moment we arrived. Sitting was wonderful with a breathtaking view and special touches to acknowledge our occasion. Every dish was superb. Drinks were tasty. We appreciate the care by our server Dani. We will be back.
View and food were good. We have dined at Palisades for over 20 years and have always enjoyed the experience. This was a one-off where we experienced the worst service at Palisades or other top-rated restaurants in the Seattle area. With less than a dozen customers in the restaurant, our sever did not show up for 20 minutes while two tables who came in after were waited on. The rest of the experienced followed suit. Ordering for drinks and brunch took another 30 minutes with brinch arriving before drinks. There was no follow-up from the server and we had to track our server down for any requests. Brunch plates and empty glaases piled up on the table until we flagged down a support. Receiving the check and processing payment took another 25-30 minutes. We understand servers have off days, but for a restaurant at this level, there are specific customer expectations.
Unfortunately I should have read the reviews. This place attempts to compensate for poor quality food at outrageous prices simply due to the view/ambiance. I ordered the seafood tower for 2 and was barely given enough food for one person - at $95 this was ridiculous. Our friend had the blackened ahi tuna, and it was just okay. Drinks were sub par. Service was not terrible, but there was a moment after our meals where we could not find the waiter and he did not come to check in with us. Do not eat here. The prices are outrageous, and the view does not make up for the poor quality. Disappointing to say the least.
Fun waiter, Leon, who was very professional! Excellent food, timely service and a lovely restaurant with a fabulous view if the city. One of our favorite restaurants!
From arrival to getting the food was one hour, about 40min after ordering. Their wine list is hilariously inaccurate, they admit that they actually don't have the majority of the wines listed, and ask for a prioritized list so they can get you something without to much going back and forth. I guess they haven't figured out how to use a pen to cross out what they don't have. But the food was good once it arrived.
Our meal was absolutely amazing. Started with the Kung Pao Calamari. We each had a wonderful cocktails as well. My wife ordered the Salmon Oscar and I had the Black Cod. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. Our wait staff was super awesome. .

The restaurant was not even half full, yet with a reservation it was 10 minutes wait to be seated. After ordering it took at least 30 minutes to get our food (again the restaurant was not busy), and the food was very average. You're paying for the wonderful view, not the quality of food or service. I will not go back.
Service 1/5, food 3/5, view 5/5, value 2/5 Worst service ever. Palisade isn't the same high end service/ restaurant anymore. If you looking for view goto Salty's or some restaurant in Kirkland waterfront.
The view was 👏🏾 amazing, food was great 👍🏾 I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and Family.
Underwhelming experience. Picked three separate bottles of wine, none in stock. After 45 minutes the wine was finally poured. The meal was average at best. Managment continuously apolgized while the server continuously complained about management. This is a nice place and the piano / singer added a nice vibe, but the overall experience was poor. This was our 4th visit this summer, in part because our boat in in the marina, but we have resolved not to come back.
Restaurant is pretty. Beautiful views. The service was fantastic but the food was just ok. The exceptional service and ambience made up for what the food lacked.
