I am not certain which was more appalling, the food or the service. At a table of 8 diners, only one was somewhat satisfied while the other 7 were completely dissatisfied. Portion control and food temperature were out of control. Prime Rib portions, one diner had the proper portion while another diner at the same table was served less than half as much. Soup was a similar adventure, with one diner receiving 2x a normal portion and another receiving less than half. Food was overcooked or undercooked making the vegetables and seafood inedible. Warm Beer and drink orders that never showed up. Our server graced us with her presence only once during the meal. Really disappointing, our family had such high expectations.

Food was good, but slightly on the cold side. We were a party of 8 and they got two meals wrong, and so those came out late. When they came back they were wrong again! Instead of apologizing for the mistakes they tried to argue with us!!! Standards seem to have dropped from when we went there 10+ years ago. For the $ they charge, it should be much better

Just a truly unpleasant experience. Here for Easter lunch, started off with our waitress who was just about as unpleasant as she could be - 45 minutes to get first drink another 30 to get a salad. Food was all overcooked or undercooked they couldn’t even be consistent there. This will be our last time eating here and I suggest everyone else look elsewhere too.

I gave Palisade a rating of 2 and that was generous. We had Easter Bunch, today and was very disappointed. When we made the reservation we asked how long they served brunch we were told until 2:30 when we arrived for our 1:30 reservation the waiter told us that we had about 5 minutes to order our brunch or they would not prepare it. At any rate, I ordered the classic breakfast which includes scrambled eggs and a english muffin. The scrambled eggs were so over done, I think you need to find a chef that knows how to make scrambled eggs. They were do dry. The english muffin was dry and over toasted. My husband order eggs benedict, the eggs were fine except the Hollandaise sauce was almost non existent. Terrible brunch. Will not be going to Palisade again, Period. We order 2 mimosa's for $11. each and that had no Champagne in it or else they past the cork over it and called it good. Very Very Poor. What happened to our old Palisade?

Highly recommend this place for a a romantic date night or holiday meal. Just go after the crowd. A lovely view from the side room. I think the main dining room would be better. Our server was very nice and informative. We would definitely go again. Food was great, but not excellent.

Sitting by the windows is so cold. The wind comes right through the glass. It is not worth the price. And their % living wage surcharge is kind of weird. Maybe it's my fault for not ordering seafood. I didn't order seafood because I'm allergic. The steak was overdone it almost seemed comical. The salads were terrible. At the end of the meal I didn't want dessert but they brought me it anyways.because it was my birthday and they felt bad the steak was terrible. When we said no dessert ... that should have been respected. I tried to be gracious about the slow service and terrible food but bringing someone dessert when they specifically said they didn't want it is not polite. I just wanted to leave. But I felt stuck there.

A solid place to view the Seattle skyline, Elliot bay, and West Seattle all in one view! And the marina is a bonus. A little hard to find, but a classic gem!

The service was excellent. Our waiter was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. However, the meal was mediocre at best. The prawns both my wife and I had were over cooked and tough, very chewy, NOT APPETIZING at all! The worst I have had at Palisades. It was uncharacteristic of Palisades. We were shocked.

Date night and the food was fantastic! The ambiance, food, and beverages were exactly what we were looking for and there are so many options from dietary restrictions/food allergies to in between! We've eaten here several times and have not been disappointed!
