Pallino has a good range of meals despite being a small place. I had a pepperoni which was fresh and the right size for a quick meal. The ingredient mix was great but I wish they’d out a few extra slices of pepperoni. Service is ok, though they kept reopening pizzas to check what order they were for - something they could improve on. The place has no own seating area so one must find a table in the public food court. I’ll try their calzone pizza next time.

Honestly one of the worse pizzas I've ever had. Sauce was bland, crust was chewy/gummy and had way too much residual flour, toppings were non existent. I got a pepperoni pizza and it barely had any pepperoni on it and not to mention the pizza for 15 dollars was pretty darn small. If it wasn't for the the fact I've been traveling 15 hours without eating and was super hungry I probably would've thrown it away after one slice. Better off getting pizza from 7/11.

Very quick to order and 5-7 minute wait for a Calzone at 11:15a on a Saturday in late March. Food court area was relatively full/busy but seating for a single traveler was pretty easy. Live classical guitar filling the area was a nice bonus. Quick service for a tasty, made-to-order, fresh calzone is a pretty good stunt for an airport food court. Plus real cheese that stretched and stretched from my fork. No complaints. $19.75 including a 20% tip and tax.

Love finding a new food location in the airport that is not a big chain. Had a breakfast calzone and freshly brewed coffee. Calzone could have cooked a little longer and it would have been a 5 star breakfast.

Hungry for soup. Bought their $10.50 minestrone, and got a very small container of soup in return. Not worth the price.Should have received two cups of soup for this price. Why did they think I would tip them for ringing me up, none the less passing off a smidgen of soup. One star………

During a layover at SeaTac Airport, after a grueling 31-hour flight and awaiting my final leg towards Eastern Washington, I decided for a classic comfort food – pizza. With the weather seemingly perfect for a cozy meal, I was drawn to Pallino, known for its pleasant ambiance and notably friendly staff.Choosing to go vegetarian, I ordered the Pallino Veggie Pizza, anticipating a perfect choice after a long flight. The staff at Pallino were commendable. They were genuinely attentive and welcoming, creating a hospitable and comfortable dining environment. This level of service, especially in an airport setting, was impressive and appreciated. However, the high point of my experience ended there. The overwhelming saltiness of the pizza was a significant letdown. Each bite was overshadowed by an excessive saltiness that compromised the fresh flavors of the vegetables. This was not just a minor flaw but a major drawback that made the meal unenjoyable. The potential for a great meal was there, but unfortunately, it was lost in the imbalance of flavors. For those considering Pallino at SeaTac, this might serve as a cautionary note to communicate your seasoning preferences clearly. I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Pallino for pizzas.Vegetarian options: Available. However try stating your seasoning clearly.

Review is for the take out experience a few days ago. A typical airport joint adjacent to the security gates. Before I catch my flight to Dallas, I wanted to grab something. Line was way too long. Thought of picking up pizza, but when I saw others getting their orders, felt the pizzas are not value for money. Instead picked up soup and some savory rolls. The rolls were decent, but the Minestrone was not as good as I expected. Paid $10.50 + tax for it, but turned out to be a disaster. The service was good. the lady at the counter was super friendly. 2 stars for the service and savory rolls!

I had a mobile order ready on my phone when my plane landed at 8:50. My next flight boarded 30 mins later, so I figured I had just enough time to run down here, pick up my order, and get to my gate. I land, take my phone out of airplane mode... and online ordering is temporarily unavailable. Please don't offer online ordering if it's unreliable. Now I'm sad eating a bag of Tim's chips. Makes me unlikely to consider this place again.

Honestly, this was great airport food- I would've been satisfied if I got this at a regular restaurant. I got the mac and cheese and it was so good - honestly one of my favorites that I've had from a restaurant out. The noodles still had a bite to them and there wasn't excess sauce. The sprinkle of breadcrumbs at the top gave a nice textural contrast. It was also enough for me to split into two meals so they didn't skimp on the portion. And a huge plus - it took less than 10 minutes to get my food after placing my order. I highly recommend the visit if you're looking for some simple pasta on a quick time crunch.

Second visit inside the airport. More pizza for me. This pizza is great and I take one to go. At 13.50 a great deal for inside the airport. Good size for one person. My criticisms: the price of a bottle water is pretty high - even for the airport. Tipping for service now is all over - but standing over customers is uncomfortable- as anyone who tips will tip - standing over to see if I do or not makes me NOT tip. Those two reduced a 5 star experience (for me anyway).

This is great for an airport restaurant. It has an actual brick oven for cooking the pizzas. Really cool my daughter ordered the pasta and the meatballs were good. But a little dry. I think it’s a great selection and I would love to come back next time through the Seattle airport.

I got the calzone with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was very basic, nothing special. The gal at the register was very friendly, she was definitely the bright spot of the visit. I know it's airport food and I should expect bad food and high prices but probably not going to make this choice again.
