Absolutely phenomenal food. This is coming from a Trinidadian, it has been a decade since I’ve had good trini food. I tell ya I fly from my home in Asia just to try this and my goodness this restaurant is a required stop EVERYTIME I fly into Seattle now. It is rare to find a restaurant where everything is made in house. The owner Pam is a sweetheart, I felt at home in the restaurant. Trust, you need to go. I brought a friend that has never had Trinidadian food and how they are hooked. Pam thank you so much, amazing cook and wonderful atmosphere.

Hands down the best Caribbean food in Seattle. The flavors are incredibly authentic, rich, and made with real passion. The owner, Pam, treats you like family the moment you walk in — you can genuinely feel how much she loves what she does, and it shows in every dish. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is unforgettable, and the experience is one of a kind. I had the jerk chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it.
If you’re anywhere near Wallingford, you absolutely need to stop here. Highly, highly recommended!

This restaurant appears to be mostly run by a single person, which is impressive because it's not that small!
It serves Caribbean - specifically Trinidadian food - which is something you don't see often
I had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich - which came with a bunch of chicken pieces between coconut fry bread
The flavor on the chicken was out-of-this world. This is not a flavor profile you want if you're used to bland food. It explosively hits you in the face with its spice and its deep level of marination. Once you take the initial hit, though, it becomes addicting - and you keep coming back for more.
This was some of the best chicken I've had. Every bite was practically tripping with juice; it was cooked perfectly. Like I mentioned, the flavor from the marinade was unreal.
The fry bread for the sandwich buns was interesting. I've never seen something like it, but it was honestly pretty cool. Being pretty thin, it provided a nice softer component to the incendiary flavors of the chicken. Didn't taste much coconut though
For sides, we also got the aloo pies and macaroni pie. The aloo pies were decent; I thought they lacked a lot of crisp, but the sauce they came with was super good.
The macaroni pie was not very good - just way too buttery/oily with no other flavors to speak of. Pretty disappointing
The price was actually quite reasonable - my sandwich was just $12, which was a very good deal.
Overall, this is phenomenal, unique, and a great value - just skip the sides. 8.5/10

The curry goat is the GOAT! We’ve been coming here consistently whenever we crave some Caribbean/comfort food. So happy they’re open for lunch on the weekends now. The jerk chicken sandwich was fire! Slightly different from jerk chicken plate, but goes so well with coco bread.
Seat yourself and order by QR code. No fuss, only yumminess here.

Curry goat was delicious, ordering and payment was done through a QR code that opened a site on my phone. Wait time was reasonable. Friday at 6pm they had a steel drum band that was quite loud

I had Pam's Kitchen cater for a UW conference yesterday (for 120 people!), and both the food and the service were stellar. Pam was so helpful from the outset in helping me determine the appropriate amount of food to order, and she was very responsive via email and text. The food was delivered to our event promptly and piping hot. During lunch, SO many people came up to me and raved about the food. The plantains and channa and aloo were my favorite :). We had a number of folks with dietary restrictions, and there was plenty of options for all of them. Highly, highly recommend using Pam's Kitchen for catering your next event!
