Hey, this place is run just absolutely horribly. Very nice people, but my order was 45 minutes behind (waiting to feed hungry kiddos at home). Pay the workers a living wage and get them organized. Long way to go. Go to Toshi’s next door.

The food is good, the folks very friendly and helpful. They sent me coupons and who can argue with 4 meals for around $11.00! Thank you!

I was excited to see them move into Westwood as I like them for a quick, tasty option sometimes. But the explosive diarrhea was definitely not worth it. Granted it was 7:30 pm, past dinner rush. But they are failing at safe food handling here. Never had a problem at other locations. Be warned.

Why in the world would a place of business quote someone a 40minute wait on fried rice? You open at 10:30 and at 10:31 you only have chow mein as an option for one of your three side choice? I’m unsure this business will succeed if this is your solution to this problem. Nobody wants to hear that you’ve had ‘technical difficulties’ causing you to open your doors being this unprepared. Someone dropped the ball. Just keep the doors locked and the open sign off. Because you clearly aren’t ready to be open. Meanwhile all I keep hearing while I wait is someone coughing up a lung assuming the same one cooking that fried rice. Please keep your sick employees at home. And while I try to patiently wait on someone to turn this around and atleast be nice or respectful for the sake of this business. The passiveness of every single employee in this establishment is disgruntling. I’d rather bring my business elsewhere. STOP thanking me for waiting on the fried rice, it’s not your time that’s being wasted and you seem to have enough entertainment already causing you not preform your duties. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of food since i left once the fried rice was finished due to the obviously sick kitchen staff who were coughing all over the food.

Highly recommend to have spoons. Makes eating rice more easier. But overall, love your food service

9.20.25 Edit: I was patient while this location navigated through their grand opening, but they absolutely need a better system at this store. Very small kitchen that struggles to keep up with the volume and output. I’m telling you right now — it is positively your online ordering system that is causing this chaos at this location. The staff is struggling tremendously to keep up with the online ordering which is NEVERENDING! Much like restaurants have a fry cook, this location needs people who are specifically there to ONLY fill online orders. This will likely require more than your normal staff on weekends. I promise you — you’ll never get ahead of this problem until you do that. It so unfair! to your patrons who actually go to your brick and mortar locations to 1) have to wait as long as we do because online orders take priority over us and 2) we’re lucky to even have options by the time we get to the counter, and that’s after waiting 35+ minutes! I am totally getting shafted on my portion sizes while I see the employees LOADING UP the online orders. You need more than two people on your front line during peak hours!! I have never seen customers make ordering food so unnecessarily, painfully difficult, but that painful part of the process would likely go ten million times smoother if you had more help on the front line! Please be mindful of the location of this Panda Express. The nearest one south of this one is Burien — way bigger location that doesn’t have nearly as much traffic. Pretty confident the nearest one north of this location is just north of downtown Seattle. That being said, you are servicing an incredibly large part of Seattle — West Seattle, specifically. I know for fact this location is making enough money to hire more people. That, or they’re going to lose a lot of business while they’re figuring it out. I honestly don’t think I have it in me to go back into that store and stand in line for — no exaggeration — close to 40 minutes to end up not actually getting what I wanted and then getting shafted on the portions because online customers are more important than me.

Staff did amazing their opening weekend. Really happy that we have more food varieties at Westwood and I think Panda Express is a good addition for fast and convenient options. Also want to shout out the really nice young lady who helped take orders during the soft opening. Today she had to escort someone out of the restaurant, and she handled it so well. That’s really appreciated! The staff is super friendly and efficient.

Both times I've been here the chow mein tasted better than usual. It's great. Everything else is great too, but more in line with other Pandas.

Average at best. Similar to Safeway's Chinese food. But not quite as good. Blander flavors. Chow mein was not tasty at all. Dry.The order of Honey Sesame container was half full of green beans. Not much chicken. Very disappointed considering the hype. Deleted the app. As I won't be back.

I was really, really excited that this location opened up to try this place.
This was the amount of chicken I got in my “chicken and” string beans. I legitimately feel robbed and all my excitement is gone.

What a shame that Panda Express has gone the route of enshitification that has caused so many restaurants to fail. Smaller portions, higher prices, blander taste. Pity.

Despite being totally slammed during their first week open, this place didn’t disappoint. My takeout order was ready right on time and was just as tasty as I remembered it. Can’t beat the orange chicken! And its pretty reasonably priced too. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood.
