Every time I go to the Panera bread in Woodburn Oregon they are out of at LEAST one of the ingredients. Like basic ingredients such as the bread that they make the sandwich on. One time they were out of bread in general....like ALL bread! Isn’t bread in their name?! The people that tried to order after us were blown away as well. We left. But I’m currently in the drive through and they are out of the bread for the frontega chicken sandwich....just like last time, and the time before. I come to Panera bread about once a month and they are ALWAYS out of at least one thing I ordered. They need to fix this -it’s ridiculous.

Not a fan of this location, they seem more focused on the catering vs the restaurant. They are quicker to getting the food done for the catering but slow for a to go order at the cashier.

This place never has good service. The staff really seems like they just don't care about doing their job. They never have prompt service, they regularly forget people's orders, they usually take 20 mins to bring your order if they remember it. I'm just fed up with this pl. They do a bad job.

Every time I have ever ordered anything it's always wrong. Order iced coffees, they give me hot or wrong kind. Order sandwiches, give wrong sandwich or wrong side. Order mac and cheese, get wrong one. The food is ok but only because of standard chain restaurant quality. Also, they take forever. I come here out of convenience to school but I don't know why I keep doing it to myself. They also add an extra 3.5 percent to every check because the company would rather offset the cost of doing business in Seattle onto their customers. Lame.
First time coming to Panera Bread and this fast food chain is such a great surprise! Not like the traditional fast food we are accustomed to, Panera offers a serene setting and offers semi table service! We ordered a brioche bun bacon and egg and chipotle chicken wrap. Yes, a brioche bun! Soft and flaky bread is exactly what you need for your morning. Different than a biscuit, a brioche bun is not overly buttery or oily on your hands but at the same time gives you similar comfort. And the chipotle chicken wrap is simply a comfort food everyone should get. It is firmly wrapped and quality tastes fresh. With an avocado spread, the wrap is a well balance of flavours, not always what you may get from other salty fast food chains. Definitely a great chain to visit!

First of all, this review goes out towards general Panera since it is a branch so this specific place can't do much about the menu/price. I'm giving 3 starts towards what i had over what i paid, but one extra star for the convenience/location/spacing of this specific branch. Came here for lunch and got a combo - half sandwich and half salad, and i paid more than $15 for this sub par food in sub par quantity. It was not horrible for sure, but maybe worth of $8.99. I got a steak-arugula sandwich and an apple-chicken salad. For some reason the salad wasn't described explicitly of what it has, but this salad has blue cheese for all those who are not the biggest fan of blue cheese like me! I think it wouldv been better if it more explicitly said what it had so that i couldv asked the server to replace it with some other cheese or skip it. I very much like their coffee system though. As all panera does, it's topless coffee for $2.88. Their coffee's never too powerful/ amazing in caffeine but I find it quite smooth/aromatic. The spacing/lighting of this branch is really nice. It's quite spacious with many cozy booths, with fast internet.

I preordered on the app. When I went to go pick up my order it wasn't ready. I spoke to a cashier and he let me know that they were all out of bread .... excuse me!? You're Panera BREAD!
