“Placed an order online, that they got done super quickly (~5 mins). However, when I got home I noticed they made a small mistake switching up a topping. I was about to call, but before I got a chance Conner reached out letting me know about the mix-up and taking accountability. He went above and beyond to make it right. Turned what could have been a hassle to a genuinely nice experience. Everyone makes mistakes, but being proactive in fixing them and learning from them is something very rare. Thank you Conner, you certainly have earned my business.“
